Please be cautious if you're considering enrolling your child in this school. I strongly recommend doing thorough research beforehand. This school has a concerning history, including incidents where students have been abruptly removed from their homestay arrangements and deported, without the opportunity to return to Australia. In some cases, families have lost their fees with no refund. Be sure to fully understand the school's policies and track record before making any commitments.

Now everyone know your organization just bully a16yrs minor boarding girl. When a minor female student is mistreated by a rude host, you only protect the host and force the student to head to the airport without any investigation, giving her just 10 minutes to pack her things? So there are no professional procedures—only arbitrary, biased decisions? Strongly recommend that only adults come to study here, because this place seems to bully minors and always side with the hosts, no matter what they do. So shame

This organisation helped deporting a 16 yrs old girl after she called the police to seek help. They gave her 10 mins to pack her bags and took her to airport straight away. Unbelievable

Wasting my time. Receive offer letter that is unconditional. Pay money. Ask for an enrollment letter, then BAM, no longer enrolled. Happened twice. Shambolic organisation, hope none of my tax payer dollars goes to this poor outfit.

This review is about the front male staff in TAFE, namely Tony, who was very gentle and managed my grievance in a very professional manner (which I didn't experience before in Tafe).
This organization seemed to be overloaded with work due to high volume of international students during this period. (They have given schools within a week two years ago, but now takes about two months)
However, I am happy that I got a trustworthy reply from Tony and waiting for results.
