We were driving through Malanda and broke down. Mick was really knowledgeable and helpful. He got us back on the road the same day. Side story: when we were broken down at the servo, he dropped by to say hi before we could get a tow. A lady had just broken down in the petrol bay next to us and Mick quickly jumped in and got her going again. Not sure what that story was, but he just seemed like a top fella and really good mechanic.

the job was done right but the bill shock was incredible, the mark up on parts was thew the roof at over 300%...not need for this. They are charging more than enough on their hourly rate (which was ok), but to rip the customer off on parts is harder to prove and these guys go for the throat. In my opinion its aint worth it find a more honest mechanic they do exist stay well away from this mob

The work done on our Jeep Cherokee Classic was good and the service there was acceptable. The only issue we had was that when the road worthy was done they didn't tell us that we only had 14 days to correct any issues with the vehicle as the road worthy will expire. More then 14 days passed till we had everything done and they forced us to pay for another road worthy. So we ended up paying for an road worthy inspection and two road worthys. At $86 each that's $258 on top of the work and parts to get the vehicle up to standard. Other then that the overall experience was good.

Thank you Mick for the mobile service. He diagnosed and repaired our Aircon fan in minutes. Knowledgeable of the local area around Malanda and was able to offer a quick help to get us ready for another long trip.
