We had the pleasure of working with Jack, and his incredible team for four of our pre-wedding and wedding events (Engagement, Sangeet, Wedding and Reception), and we couldn't be happier with the results.

They made the entire process so smooth, from helping us select individual decor to assisting us with our budget expectations, making sure we got the most beautiful and unique decor for each of our events without breaking the bank. The attention to detail and creativity they brought to the table was outstanding — and every event had its own distinct charm and elegance.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jackson, Jasmine and the Symphony Events team for our wedding events. All members of the team were amazing to deal with and kept us in the loop throughout the process. They also ensured that any questions we had were answered in a timely manner.

The thing we liked best about Jackson was his process. He took out time and worked with us in designing the settings for our events (Sangeet, Haldi and Ceremony/Reception). He allowed us to create our own mood boards and then added his own spin on the design along with what was trending at that moment.

From his designs to his setup team, everything was smooth. All our guests raved about the beautiful setup and the ambience which Symphony Events created. As a host, you want a vendor who is able to deliver a stunning result with the least stress added and Jackson ensure exactly that.

The prices where fair and the team did not leave any stone unturned in making all our events look amazing. We cannot recommend the team enough.

Jackson and his team did a fantastic job for our daughter's wedding and reception @ Miramare Gardens. They are such a hard working team who value perfection. Jackson is incredibly knowledgeable, creative and motivated to help his client's vision come to life.
Every single centerpiece, mandap flowers, isle flowers, floral pieces for signs, floating candles were stunning.

I wish I could give zero stars.

My experience with Symphony Events, especially the founder Jackson, was nothing short of a disaster.

1. Jackson, during the meeting, was constantly on his phone, attending personal calls, absolutely unacceptable and very unprofessional.

2. During the initial conversations, I was provided with a minimum budget requirement of $4000 but during the face-to-face meeting, I was suggested that decor within that budget is absolutely unattainable or that I can be provided with “old and broken items”. I was constantly pressured into increasing my budget to a minimum of $10000 or even $15000.

3. I provided clear specifications for my wedding decor, including a traditional Indian wedding mandap. However, Jackson instead of tailoring his services to match my vision presented me with ideas that were quite contrary to my needs and also far outside the mentioned budget range (25k+) Additionally, he also passed judgements such as 'these mandaps are so 2018'.

4. I received a follow-up email with irrelevant excuses to try to explain why they could not work within the budget.

It is clear that the company has little regard for client preferences and more interest in upselling their ideas and making your personal events their art showcase.

Extremely disappointed. Definitely not working with this company.
