I used this service on the weekend to transport my party between two venues as part of a birthday celebration. I had been dealing with Rob throughout my quote, who dealt politely with all of my questions and the particulars of my requests - he was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

On the day, he called me 30 minutes before his arrival to check exactly where and what time we needed him, and he waited patiently across the road whilst I gathered my party. The bus was more than we expected - clean, well presented and very comfortable. The journey was efficient and smooth, and Rob even allowed us an unscheduled stop - even though it required a difficult manoeuvre on a busy street, he was so calm and accommodating.

The service we received was extremely high - from the booking process to the journey itself. I cannot recommend this company more highly for your group transfer needs!

Sydney's Amazing Coach Tours is a horrible company! One of their coaches TV 9309 smashed our car at a gas station when we are parked for gas. They run away at scene. Later when we contacted them (we don't have a comprehensive insurance), the owner of the company said it's our fault parking there. Because they are the client of the gas station, the gas station refused to give us the footage. We are now experiencing thousands of dollars of bill and heaps of stress, because they refused to give us their insurance company's info. We never thought there are jerks like them out there who can just run away from this. But apparently there are and they are winning this. If a company is capable to do something like this, i don't think you would like to use their service for whatever reason.

We bought a trip to visit the Hunter Valley on Groupon. It was amazing. The driver was really fun, we visit 5 wine producers. All of them were amazing and fun. We are looking forward for another opportunity for a new trip with them.

Ps.: It is forbidden to eat on the bus. This, take your breakfast before boarding.
