It's been 2 years since I have been full time in the office. Instead of the commute to the city or heading to the home office to check emails. I joined a club run by Luke Horder (yes even in lock down), a club that teaches you how paddle on a surf ski, on our beautiful Sydney Harbour.

Surf ski paddling helps improve mental health & helps lower stress levels. It helps improve core strength & stability. Some benefits of a stronger core are it helps prevent or reduce back pain, helps improve balance, and enhances mobility.
After 2 years of paddling im 10kg lighter & have had 2 very successful years at work. Thanks Covid !! I'm now even coaching beginners too.

I recommend you come and try Surf Ski Paddling at Sydney Harbour Surf Club (SHSC) at either our Mosman or Rose Bay club houses. SHSC specialises in taking an absolute beginner and showing you everything you need to know about surf ski paddling.
