We hired Swish Events to assist us with the styling and coordination of our wedding in April at Mount William Station, and what is there to say other than thank god for Sophie!
I would not have been able to pull together our wedding without Sophie's help, and she was a gentle guiding hand with plenty of connections and advice regarding all the elements needed, particularly for a private property wedding. While I had the "pretty" elements somewhat booked, Sophie was able to advise and coordinate on all the back of house items, such as bathrooms, catering and generators. I would have had no idea of where to even start without her help. Sophie kept me feeling in control and organised, when if I had been left to my own devices I probably would have been having a teary breakdown regularly (there were no tears in the planning of this wedding!)
Sophie's styling was also so beautiful. We loved sneaking into the reception area, and it was a pastel floral explosion that we had dreamed of. She dealt graciously with all my tweaks to the styling plans, as pedantic as they may have seemed!
It was so lovely seeing her work with our other vendors as she is such a beautiful person that they obviously enjoyed working with.
So many of our guests commented on the set up and the relaxed atmosphere of the wedding that Sophie assisted us in creating.
My only regret was other than Sophie giving me the plan to walk down the aisle at the ceremony, I didn't get to see her very much on the wedding day. This is a testament to her skills and work ethic, that she was 'invisible' and everything was running perfectly, but I found her to be such a lovely and calming presence I would have loved to get to spend some time with her thanking her and celebrating what we created together!
I am so thankful that I found Swish Events through my Instagram sleuthing, and I do not doubt that I would have had such a positive wedding planning or wedding day without her help. I did not have a single worry on the wedding day, and I am thoroughly confident that this is because of Sophie's work.

Sophie helped us out with planning, on the day coordination and styling for our wedding. We were so happy with her work, she was super organised with run plans, setup maps and made the whole process easier and less stressful. She fully understood what our vision was and helped bring it to life. Sophie was there during the whole day and any little issues that arose were taken care of basically without us even knowing.
We highly recommend Sophie for any event you are planning!
