Swell Stays exceeded my expectations. Every little detail at the accommodation had been considered to ensure you had a relaxing stay. The luxurious amenities and complimentary welcome gifts really did make this stay special. There is nothing I would have done differently. The home itself was beautiful and spacious with an incredible view. Highly recommend.

All of the Swell stays Team have been outstanding during our recent change over to new property managers. They answered all of our many questions very promptly and met us on site a few times with two people
We were hesitant to change but already we are benefitting from their excellent communication, navigating the change over, monthly newsletter communication, pleasant and knowledgeable staff and the ability to have Swells Plus making our home feel more secure with supervisor checks , extra facilities and options for our guests if they request such as taxi service, hampers, tours and childminding. All in all the Swell Stays Team is a well oiled machine who work collaboratively, knowledgeably and pleasantly. Five star rating

I used to manage the short stay for our house down south and it's like running a second business that's open 24/7. Switching to Swell Stays really took a load off and also gave me the confidence that our house was being cared for and guests looked after. We had the absolute best weekend staying at the stunning property “Home on Valley” - it was perfect. The cleanest house we’ve ever stayed in, had everything we could have needed and wanted plus more, check in and out was super easy, perfect location and a beautiful house.

The booking and payment process was super easy, the customer service was exceptional and we could not have been happier with our experience. We will only be booking through Swell Stays going forward and cannot recommend highly enough!

Your breakfast hampers especially the hot breakfast package is the best we’ve ever had - from organic eggs, tomatoes, ham, bread n others

Very frustrating website. If you select pet friendly, it resets your booking days. If you select your booking days, its resets your pet friendly filter. Just gave up in the end.

We had the most amazing stay at one of the swells accomodation - Space Nature. Everything was as described. Place was extremely clean and well maintained. The team were very friendly and responsive to all questions we had and we will definitely be booking again when we return to Margaret River!

Beautiful home and absolutely outstanding customer service. We stayed at High Tide, which is a 4 bedroom home, walking distance to Margaret River town center. The house is impeccable and has everything you could possibly wish for, including fire pit, outdoor games and a coffee machine. The team at Swell Stays were brilliant. We had a couple of changes in our family circumstances, which affected our booking. Amy and Salome, from Swell Stays, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make our stay a truly memorable holiday. I can't recommend them high enough!
