My mother has been here for 20+ years, and I have been here for 8 years. Great place to live, staff are good, amenities are good. Plenty to do and lots of really nice people here to mingle with. Just a nice place to live.

We had our mother in Swancare Ningana and it was the worst decision we made. From the get go we had significant issues with management not taking our concerns seriously, lack of adequate hygiene care, problems with basic care like fitting hearing aids daily, ensuring the call bell was within reach etc. The worst fear was realised when my mother was assaulted by a neighbouring resident. We felt the staff did not take mum’s care plan seriously and indeed did not follow it. Be careful when considering Ningana - don’t be taken in by the new look facilities.

Well, we were always confident a move into Swancare would be the right one. Now, after being there for nearly 6 months, our very high expectations have been met, and then some. Villa renovation was excellent, maintenance requests acted on promptly; residents, staff, volunteers and contractors fabulous.

It's a cliche, but it really is the best move we have ever made.

Am in touch with the kind & caring Sarah Wentworth & as a result am now on the waiting list for a long time lease at Swancare. This place is ideally situated to all amenities, & provides a safe & friendly environment for seniors. One can still feel connected to the outside world, whilst being ensconced in beautiful surroundings.

At Bentley Park you can relax and feel comfortable so you can concentrate on what you still want to do but also there are plenty opportunities to keep fit and socialize.

Sarah was good enough to show around the facilities and I found them wonderful. The best I had seen. I had my name down on the waiting list that afternoon. You wont be disappointed.

We have lived in Swan Care Bentley Park for three years and it did not take us long to fondly call it home. The Management Team and Staff are efficient, caring and possess great empathy, this from having long years of experience in the retirement field. We feel safe, - 24 hour assistance is available if necessary. There are many clubs and great facilities available, a convenient hairdressing salon, comprehensive grocery store and cafe where meals and coffee are served. We feel happy and secure and despite there being so much available to partake in, our privacy has never been interrupted. We made the right decision and highly recommend Swan Care Bentley Park.
