This place is a FRAUD. You pay almost 300$ for a night in what seems to be a housing commission area, they request 100$ holding fee to sign and agree to get in and then they request another 150$ for further holding which isn’t written anywhere.

Outside of Australia call centre, when you call them back querying the extra deposit they have blocked your number and uncontactable.

Absolutely appalling and no one should ever stay at this place they will scam you. Going to fair trading and it’s appalling it’s even on booking.com

Stayed in apartment 6 for three nights. Slept with earplugs in as the people above were very noisy and had ZERO consideration for the people below them ie us. $250 per night for this rubbish. Never again. Apartment isn’t anything special. Only air conditioning in the living room nothing in the bedrooms. I will give it’s due that the shower hot water was good but I can’t say anything else about it was special considering the price.

My stay at the Swan Valley Serviced Apartments was overall satisfactory and worth the money. The apartment was clean and neat, with the added thoughtful touch of having the AC turned on upon our arrival, which was much appreciated. Additionally, the complex felt very secure as it is within a safe, gated community.

The decor was tasteful and added to the pleasant ambiance of the apartment. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. In the bedroom, extra power sockets would be beneficial for charging multiple devices, as there was only one available. Additionally, the provision of only one bag of green tea felt a bit limited; a few more options would enhance the experience.

Despite these minor issues, the location was prime for our visit as we were there to attend a wedding near the Swan Valley Vineyard. It is worth noting that the apartments are quite far from the city, which may be a consideration for some guests.

Overall, a satisfactory stay in a well-located, secure, and nicely maintained apartment.

Clean and well equipped. Really comfy bed.
There is a bottle shop around the corner, pubs and shopping centre not far away.
There are 2 floors with only stairs, so if you have mobility issues let them know.
Deposit was returned promptly.
We would stay here again if in the area.

It's mean over a month I have not received my $250 bond back I have been trying to get it back emailed many times and called nearly everyday now they do not reply to my emails nor pick up my phone calls. I even rang my bank to see if there was any pending payments coming through or sitting in the account. So just be carefull when booking with these guys, don't let my bad experience affect your decision on staying here I'm just warning yous be careful.

this place is lovely and clean and quiet, although they do advertise rooms with balcony and hanging chairs which that is indeed not the room we got we got a floor room with no outside sitting space which was unfortunate, a balcony would have been perfect to top everything off, other then that i would stay here again if i needed this location 🙂

We booked and paid for our reservation months ago. They cancelled our booking four hours before check in via email (we were literally on the road driving to Perth), due to “maintenance” issues. It was also school holidays and we couldn’t find similar accommodation for a family of 5 anywhere for the dates we required. How dodgy and not even worth rating a star for all the inconvenience caused for us!
