A great spot for a family to stay. The room we had was a little tired and tatty, but overall this was ideal for our purposes. The pool and spa was great, although the spa was just a warm pool as the jets didn't work.
The location was really good for us: just out of town enough to be quiet, but close enough to walk to everything.
The check in was awkward: we arrived at 5pm but the desk was closed and doors locked. I had not received any email with information and the red phone at the door didn't work. I called the mobile and the gentleman who helped me was friendly, if a little surprised at the call! We eventually received the message about how to check in at 6.30pm.... I'd suggest proactively reaching out and letting them know when you will arrive as they are gone by ~4 each day.

Poorly appointed and very tired with the less is more mentality. Toilet leaked but was never repaired. Spa only had bubbles if you took your own straws.
Did appreciate the washing machine and drier.

Great views from the balcony. Close to beach, trams and shops.

Fantastic location. Great 1 bedroom apartment on the 12th floor with a wonderful view, which was clean and well stocked for self catering. We got an extra cot and there was still plenty of space in the living/kitchen area. We stayed for 9 days. Sliding door to balcony was a little tough to open but once you got the hang of it, it was fine. Plenty of wardrobe space and brilliant to have access to a car park. Pool and spa were lovely and clean. Small tennis court was an extra bonus.

Older building with a simple service that was great value for money.

We had a great stay in a superb location. We would stay here again.

It was clean, comfortable and showed it was an older building, and didn't affect our stay.

Really well located premises because you can easily walk to the tram, beach and the shops. Our room had no working air-conditioner and we ended up having to leave doors and windows open all night as it became hot in the rooms and then we got an insect infestation. The saunas did not work but the pool area is good. Front reception girl is friendly and helpful.

Had a great holiday again and the apartments and service had a fair bit to do with this . Every time I asked for something no trouble at all . To keep a group of 10 men happy awesome job

Avoid this place. My apartment was full of cockroaches in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom even in my bed. |The Manager Michael didn’t care much by only providing a Mortein spray (after my complaint). This place used to be great years back Poor Management they didn’t seems to care about the customer. The only nice thing is the view

Very good value apartment. I would happily stay here again. Apartment was clean and refreshed, in a fantastic location.|| Short walk to so much. Caval ave is a 1km walk away, tram stop less than 200m and beach 100m. Plenty of other activities and places to eat near by.||The building is old and the maintenance is a little behind which won't affect most people. Expected for the price. For us it was one light in the bathroom and a towel rail falling off. ||The apartment was surprisingly updated. And better than expected for the price.||The kitchen is basic and sufficient for most people. ||We were very happy and would stay here again.||Note this end of the gold coast will be noisy Friday and Saturday night. Lots of people having fun. Didn't affect us.
