WARNING: VERY UNETHICAL! What a disgraceful and unethical outfit! I cannot emphasise enough how crucial it is to avoid Surething Travel for School Leavers accommodation in Busselton. Our experience was an absolute disaster. Even though all six students in our group paid their deposits on time, they decided to cancel our entire booking simply because a few missed the final payment deadline.

What’s infuriating is that they didn’t even bother to reach out to the parent organizer to discuss this issue; they just canceled everything without a moment’s notice. Their unethical T&Cs forced us to try and secure other accommodation, which was inferior and required us to spend even more money. What a rort!

To make matters worse, the management clearly showed their intention to screw hard-working families and keep our money while booking out the accommodation to another group. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable and professional travel service—there are plenty of better options out there!

Such an amazing business. My group were all over the place on what to do for schoolies, but after contacting sure thing travel everything was sorted out almost instantly. Brenton in particular was phenomenal, helping us even after hours to ensure we would find a place that was perfect - and with his help we did. Recommend to everyone!!

Steer very clear on this company. Our rooms were doubled booked causing the schoolies group to be split up and put into very poor accommodation that would be lucky to be rated 1 star accommodation in a completely different apartment block. The company’s response to there own error - You agreed to our terms and conditions.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I spoke with Brenton - a top guy, helped us out with everything - on the phone about shifting a booking from another company and he was able to take off the deposit we paid to the other company, giving us a great deal with Sure Thing. I would 100% book with Sure Thing again in future after a great customer service experience, and again a special mention to Brenton for all of his help.

Piano room at the great northern is the best place to go out in Byron! Would 10/10 recommend!!

Strongly recommend against using this company. Sure Thing Travel will take your money up front but our experience is that they will wash their hands of any responsibility when the accommodation that has already been paid for is not available. “No refunds”

Waves is a great place to stay. Great northern hotel goes off and is the best fun I’ve had while away
