Rented a house that was under major renovation. Took the money, never contacted about booking, and when we turned up they wouldn't answer the phone or respond. Booking was made months in advance and were left stranded on the side of the road. BEWARE.
They list on multiple platforms under multiple names, website has been taken down and some of their listing's appear to be copied.

On arrival accommodation was fabulous. The booking process was a little bit clunky.
The house itself was great and is in a fantastic location (Lomani 11) and could not be faulted. The dirty laundry from the previous address remained bundled up at the front door for the whole four days of our stay. We reached out to Juliette regards the laundry and the sound bar not connecting to the TV and she did not reply for the duration of our stay. Where it started to go wrong was not having received my $2000 bond after seven from exit of the property on 14-2-22.
After much backwards and forwards via email, SMS and voicemail on 22 & 23/2/22 of which was short and unapologetic, I was told and I quote, “okay maybe bounced back with wrong account I’ll check Monday”. I found this to be completely unacceptable given we were now 14 days late for having our bond refunded. I received my bond on Tuesday, 1 March with no confirmation email as requested. Another annoyance was we let Juliette know that there was a substantial leak underneath the kitchen sink. We had gone to the effort of cleaning up all of the water and wiping out the cupboard with no thanks or appreciation for doing so.
I wonder if the owners of the properties Juliette manages (maybe Juliette is the owner) know this is happening to guests.

Just spent a week at Tobys with family of 8. We had the most wonderful time at this luxurios holiday rental. There was nothing it didn't have. Fully equip master kitchen, fabulous bedroom layout and living area. The pool was just superb and boasted the centre of the whole indoor outdoor experience.
Juliette was a delight to deal with, always available to get in contact with and prompt with all correspondance. I would highly recommend this home and company to anyone wanting a relaxing and amazing holiday.

A genuinely luxurious home with spectacular views and exceptionally well provisioned. With the recent refresh of the home, everything is in immaculate condition. The space is thoughtfully constructed between bedrooms, living space and outdoor area - with an abundance of area for groups to come together or enjoy the serenity of your own little piece of paradise. Everything was very thoughtful - with plenty of crockery and cutlery, well provisioned kitchen (incl microwave safe storage containers) and linen - fabulous for a short or long stay.

A special mention to the agent managing the property who is absolutely delightful - incredibly responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

We would thoroughly recommend this home for enjoying the Hinterland!

Absolutely fantastic and seamless experience with Juliette and the team at Super Stays. Seadrift 35 was the perfect villa located just steps away from the hustle and bustle, but tucked away enough to be able to enjoy peace and tranquillity. I would not hesitate to recommend Superb Stays to anyone looking for great accommodation in Byron Bay.
