Would not give one star after the experience today for the driver.
Bus driver did not know what way to go with a full bus of passengers.
Offered help from a passenger ignoring assistance.
Driver then making false promises to his passengers.
Official spoke to passengers and dismissed the complaint by saying it’s alright your on your way now.
Not good enough.
Formal complaint lodged with company and ombudsman.

"Today, I had to catch the coach from Albury to Melbourne due to VLINE reducing the train carriages from 6 down to 3. Although I was initially disappointed by the change, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I ended up having one of the best travel experiences with Sunshine Tours.

Coach Captain Sue was behind the wheel, and her professionalism, warmth, and positive attitude made the entire journey enjoyable. She greeted everyone with a smile, and her smooth, safe driving ensured a comfortable and relaxing trip. The coach itself was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and even smelled beautiful, which made the whole experience even more pleasant.

Sue’s attention to detail and pride in her work were evident throughout the journey. I’m grateful for the high-quality service provided, and I will definitely inform VLINE about the excellent experience I had with Sunshine Tours. I've had one of the best experiences on this service the bus driver was named Sue. due to the reasent flood situation in Victoria the trains are not running and I was going to be late for work every day but she was so amazing and kind to drop me off right near my work. I have nothing but kind words for her service. Amazing job ❤️❤️

Got stranded in Geelong at night and got picked up by the super friendly bus driver Sue at the south Geelong station , who drove us right into Melbourne city without wanting anything from us!
