We have had Lauren of Sunseeker Holidays arrange our holidays through both NSW and Tasmania for us with our dog, and we have been very please with all of the places we have stayed at.

Reception Staff were very helpful & friendly.
Room was dirty,just lazy cleaning. Got bathroom and kitchen recleaned. Then was great. Asked for extra towel, Housekeeping Supervisor was heard to say loudly to cleaners that they were to tell us that we had a package and a cheaper price so extra towels were not included, but she would give them this time. That is a disappointing attitude.
Other than that, stay was good.

I have recently updated my membership, after being with this company for a few years. I have been informed that since the servers (next door!) are down, I haven't received my membership confirmation. This was after being prompted to "not miss out" on the special upgrade deal by the slick salesperson, who was happy to take my money but did not advise of any problems with sending out membership upgrade information (I elected this to be done by email). On making several enquiries, I found the staff to be extremely rude and difficult to deal with, no senior management available, and yet somehow expecting me to make a booking over the phone - with no servers working? I upgraded 2 weeks ago, school holidays are here, and I have no membership. This is a disgusting business practice. I will not be returning.

Do not use, this business are still calling people to drum up clients, but are unable to provide information or packs to already paid up members on the data base. (Sunseeker staff are rude, they say there willing to help over the phone, but i'm not too sure how when they can't access any of our information) Very appalling, since re-signing membership about 6 weeks ago, i have had nothing, each time i call, all staff are rude and keep blaming building next door. I am chasing a refund for my membership !! I think A Current Affair need to be involved.

I also am a disappointed customer, obviously conned by salesperson who called 1st sept offering "fantastic deal"...... upon outlaying my hard earned cash for this i have received absolutely nothing, when you call you cant get through, and if you actually do you have to leave your details and hope they'll get back to you.. yes like everybody else i keep getting server problem due to building next door, well it seems to me after doing a lot of investigation regarding this company this has been a long ongoing issue.. they wont even give me a membership number when i finally do get on to someone. Really over the excuses and now, just want my money back...😠😠

We would like to thank Lauren Vigenser for her service that was 2nd to none during the impossibly hard Covid-19 stages.
As Victorians booking an 8 day trip to Silkari Lagoons in Port Douglas, we had the trip cancelled twice (in 2 years) via government rulings before being lucky enough to go last week on our 3rd attempt.
Lauren was very professional and vigilant on rebooking us on each occasion, even being on our back when we were slacking off in replying to emails and the like.
Lauren, you set us up with an incredible well rewarded vacation that will never be forgotten.
Flights, car hire, resort & reef tour were all booked and we checked into all FLAWLESSLY..
You are a credit to your company and industry..

i have been a member for a few years and have only used it a few time s due to the inconvenience . Stupidly I pay each year as I get told we have changed and it is better. I paid in April and have tried several times to book holidays or weekends away. BUT my membership has expired and they won't do anything about it. My last conversation was a month ago and according to them it is fixed but the computer system is down. Well guess what I got on again today and nothing has changed. I had to give them one star to post this post, they don't deserve any .

Disgusting. They take your money and give you nothing. Customer service is the worst I've encountered. No management ever available to deal with the multitude of complaints. Continued broken promises with unusable Internet access that we are continually told will be available soon - and has been unavailable for at least 8 months. It indicates dishonest business. Will be taking this to Consumer Affairs. Please Note, if you are also an angry customer, please also complain to Consumer Affairs. This company needs to be accountable.
