Stayed in villa 7 for 3 nights on way up to shark bay .. even tho slightly outdated very clean and had everything you need beds are comfy and nice to have a washer although some detergent would’ve helped as I had to buy and you can’t buy travel size washing detergent! Overall very comfortable parking was easy and secure as right out front of your unit key security was easy communication with owner also great !

It appears Sunseas Villas have not seen much in the way of renovation since they were built, which looked as though it was in the 70s. Still, while the apartment we had (#10) was decidedly dated, it was clean, spacious and reasonably priced - and in the back (2nd) row of the villas - so away from the main road. The villas are very convenient to the town centre, wifi reception was excellent and the kitchen was adequately stocked with crockery, saucepans etc. There were a few oddities: did not get to meet the owners/operators - there was always a 'gone fishing' sign on the door, there wasn't really a bathroom - while there was a separate toilet and shower recess, the laundry tub in the passageway doubled as the handbasin. Main oddity though was the heavy-handed and threatening use of signage about the place warning of responsibilities for breakages etc. Labels told us how many pieces of crockery there were. It seems the owners did not have a lot of trust in their guests, which makes for a stressful time for all concerned.

We stayed for a week with another couple and shared accomodation. I double bedroom and one for kids with single beds which were fine but no airconditioning in the bedrooms and it was hot to sleep at night. Also the blinds were shabby and didn't keep the morning light out so awake very early. appart form that not a bad place but owouldnt stay there in summertime until they fix the aircon into the downstairs bedrooms.

Lovely location but that's where it stops. Maintenance and cleaning were poor - fans were noisy in one of the bedrooms and toilet and the living area was so dusty we had to have the back and front doors open all the time. We think the culprit was a combination of mat, curtain and lounge dust. ||The decor wasn't at all welcoming because it was dark and looked like someone's great grandmother had decorated it in the 1970's. The bathroom/ laundry layout was peculiar as well.||From reading reviews we've now discovered that some units have been refurbished, so if you intend staying be sure to ask for a reburbished villa. We were so disappointed with this accommodation the we're sorry that we're unable to recommend.

We rented the double storey villa which has 2 bedrooms, a living room, dinning and kitchen. Very spacious and clean. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and IGA. It was school holidays and many of the resorts were fully booked. Our stay turned out to be pretty pleasant. Price was reasonable and would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful villa suited to 4 adults (and 1 baby)₩. Updated mod cons (including Netflix access!), really good BBQ in front yard space with outdoor setting and all right across from the Murchison estuary mouth/jetty and park. We saw kangaroos in the am and pelicans! Really great stay and they even provide the basics (shampoo, conditioner, towels, washing up liquid, cleaning products etc). My extended family had a great time for a week in January, will return again!

The stay was pleasant, online booking with key drop system worked well, everything was functional (aircon was mint!) even though in general it was slightly dated. We had a very comfy over night stay.

Whilst not a modern complex, furnishings & facilities were modern. Our Villa was thoroughly clean . Very well situated on foreshore, walking distance to shops & hotel. Pricing very good.
