Don’t expect to get any advice from this agency .Because they don’t care for their customers.Compare to an other travel agent they are more dearer.They order the food in your tickets without asking you what kind of food you want.I ended up with vegan food.Strongly not recommended.

Their service is all fine until disputes happen. My flights were cancelled and the airlines confirmed money had been refunded. But They avoided my calls and neglected the issue. It took them more than 1 year to finally refund after a lot of effort chasing up from my end.
My recommendation is: booking tickets directly with the airlines, of course it will cost a bit more, but at least it ensures you wont have to suffer from chaos like mine.

This is the most terrible flight agent
I booked for my family with 3 people in 2019, and the flight was canceled but I didn’t receive any refund until now, (about 1500$)
I called many times and they said I had to wait. Now is 2023, 4 year later and I lost my money already

There were no other customers inside and I was waiting to be served thinking the two workers were busy on the phone with customers. Little did I know only one was doing her work the other lady was on the phone talking to a friend or family member about something irrelevant to her job leaving me there waiting for a while. Additional to that, they had my passport which provided them with information they should have used yet somehow managed to put on my ticket that I was "under 12 years of age" which prevented me from flying using that ticket as details did not match my passport. I was unable to change my date of birth myself and tried calling them but no one picked up every time I called, the airline could not help as it was through the travel agency. By far my worst experience. Extremely disappointed with their service and would not recommend.

last time i booked ticket fly for my holiday and they said i could buy more luggage 3-4 days before the date of depature. However when i about to buy more luggage they said they could not help me out because of the airline company policy but when i checked with other agent they said customer still can add extra luggage. I tried to contact with Sunrise but naver heard back from them. All the 5 stars rating are from their staff.

Last year i bought ticket from this agent. The flight was cancelled and airlines did refund. However, this agent DID NOT attempt to inform me about the refund for 5 months until i contacted airlines to confirm refund information to ask for the money back from the agent.

Don’t even bother trying to contact with help for bamboo airways flights. They will just promise to call you back and never follow up. I understand that they are Vietnamese but they speak no English at all.

WARNING DO NOT BOOK. Actually the worst travel agency I’ve ever dealt with. Due to COVID our flights were canceled and three years later they are yet to provide us a refund. We have contacted ombudsman of australia to get this matter resolved. Actually a scam business.
