Super disappointed with this company. The party bus we were supposed to be on broke down so they organised another which arrived an hour late and made us late for all of our bookings throughout the day. We were told there would be a sound system on board but it was broken.
No compensation offered and then the cheeky bus driver tried to take $150 from our deposit for some beer spilt on the floor, despite them being fully aware that we planned on drinking on the bus and saying this was ok! There was no rubbish or damage so we negotiated it to $50. Absolutely wouldn't use or recommend these crooks again

This company is running rail replacement buses during January rail shut downs. Their buses are old, the air conditioning hasn’t been running and one bus was being driven so excessively gently and slowly it was obvious it had mechanical or brake issues. Don’t use them!

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. Please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere when booking transportation. After being misled as to what the actual vehicle would be, I had to repeat the pick-up addresss multiple times, only to have a small van arrive late when I had discussed a party bus. I was then promised a full refund of the deposit because of this mess, and it has been over two weeks of texting back and forth and I have not received it. I am now getting calls asking me what I want and why I have contacted them. Wish I could have read this review myself instead of making the mistake of booking with them.

Would not recommend going through Sundaner buses ! Although I never actually made it to using their services , the customer service is appalling ! Max ( unsure if an employee or the bus owner ) called me several names including “ stupid “ for asking questions about the service and calling him
Out 2 days before the event about things he had promised ! Calling a paying customer “stupid “
And “ dumb” for calling to confirm and secondly ask questions about the service your about to use is disgusting. On a phone call conversation max requested if I wasn’t happy to cancel my service and he would refund me ( mind you this is two days prior to my event) however when decided to cancel refused to refund my money back !
In a way it’s a blessing in disguise I never used his service , customer service says a lot about the type of company he runs and who knows what would’ve happened on the day.

Can't fault the service from sundancer buses. Booked in a specific bus for a bucks party on the weekend and it arrived on time and as described. Payment terms were clear and security bond recieved back promptly. Would highly reconmend and book again. Thanks Max and Bosko for the great time!

I had arranged a bus through Sundancer to transport 50 girls and boys to their formal. They were all dressed up in their finery replete with fake tans and makeup. The bus had no aircon and it was a 38 degree day and the girls all arrived sweating with stained dresses whilst the boys sweltered in their suits. There was confusion over the bond because I had accidentally paid it into the wrong account and had to get the bank to retrieve it but Max was so incredibly rude about that and the air conditioning. It put a real dampner on the start of their special evening. Would not recommend.

Avoid at all costs. The "party bus" was not a party bus whatsoever but a rundown heap - no sound system, just a poor portable speaker that couldn't be heard and ran out of battery - laughable.
The operator (max) was a disaster to deal with. Multiple communication issues. Do yourself a favour and go with a more better bus operator.

There not the best but i would recomend them for rail replacement the one thing i dont like is how slow they drive BS08OS its in great health as is when martyrs sold it so why it so slow also pls use the wheelchair lift i was told its broken yet martyrs told me it worked when you bought it
