Update; appreciate the response but the sad thing is I was driving a white triton and not at a round about. Sadly that's another incident. If it's happened twice, it's happened more. Dangerous drivers in heavy vehicles kill people way to often.

Very disappointed with one of your drivers. At 4pm today one of your drivers dangerously pulled out onto Riddell road and cut me off. He looked at me coming and decided to go anyway, I had to slam my brakes on to avoid hitting the side of your bus, if it wasn't for me you would have an insurance claim. The driver was indian descent and was wearing a black turban. If your drivers don't care and respect driving around Sunbury I don't think you should have Sunbury written on every bus. I will be contacting police in regards to this dangerous and wreckless driving.

To the lovely driver (I wish I asked your name) who just facilitated the trip from Moonee Ponds to Sunbury Station - today 1st of May, arriving about 6.40ish pm.

What an absolute pleasure you are.

From quickly explaining to us that the trip would be a longer one due to the traffic issues, to checking with a passenger they had the right stop, to engaging with another passenger who didn’t know where to get off in Sunbury and then pulling over for a second at an earlier stop to make sure you knew what he needed.

Upon exiting, apologising for the longer trip.

If everyone was as informative, kind, hardworking and naturally helpful in this world, jeez it would be a better place.

It may seem like an everyday thing for you, but to someone like me that gets up at 3.30am for work, it made my day. I can only hope this reaches your superiors - and to the superiors if it does reach you, RAISE TIME!

This service needs more buses or run more frequently on the 481 route so that it aligns to peak Vline services. They altered the schedule again for 2025 making in near impossible for anyone on this route to make their usual AM train in time. We have also found their drivers tend to be "rushed" tailgating other vehicles, running reds and speeding. Yesterday my bus entered a round about without looking, having to slam on the breaks to prevent being T-boned by a car already in the intersection. Please, do better!

Several of the bus drivers I’ve encountered have been extremely bad drivers and rude. If that’s a reflection of the type of drivers that are employed I’ll never set foot on one of these buses. Very poor driving

We were looked after by Glenn and his colleague for a wedding in Macedon. Both were so friendly and organised! Other times I’ve caught buses to and from weddings, the drivers seem grumpy and miserable (fair enough - working late on a Saturday). You wouldn’t have known that with Glenn and the other driver - patient, obliging and made the experience very enjoyable.

One of your local bus drivers was tailgating my partners car that I was a passenger of on Vineyard road in Sunbury at approximately 11:45 on the morning on the 25/4/23. My partner was driving at the speed limit and this (menace) bus driver was tailgating so close that we could not even see his headlights. He was wearing a turbin. Any passengers on this bus would be at risk if the driver had to brake suddenly due to his tailgating. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous conduct.
