Great authentic Thai food at a reasonable price. Dropped in for takeaway and we weren’t disappointed.
The restaurant needs new decor and repainted. That said it is typical of a Thai / Chinese restaurant where they don’t put any money into making the ambience nice for people to come and eat.
Otherwise l will definitely be back because the food is delicious.

The food here was absolutely outstanding! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic taste of Thai cuisine. Having been to Thailand myself, I can confidently say that the flavors are truly authentic. The roti bread, in particular, was the best I’ve ever had!

The atmosphere was comfortable, with the perfect room temperature, and the prices were quite reasonable. My family and I enjoyed our meals so much that we dined here twice during our trip to Bright. Each time, the restaurant was full, which speaks to its popularity. I strongly recommend making a reservation to secure a table.

If you’re craving delicious, authentic Thai food, this place is a must-visit!

Google Reviews just goes to show that some people either have no taste buds, or just like to complain.

As a long time visitor to Bright, but first time trying Suganya's, I can tell you to ignore some recent comments and try it for yourself.

First, the atmosphere... Quaint, cosy and welcoming (except that freezing wind every time the door opens 😅).

The service? Attentive, prompt and quick. Wait staff checked on us often enough and were very polite.

And now the food! Actually some of the tastiest Thai I've had and goes toe to toe with some of the best Melbourne cuisine!

And when you get to enjoy it all with some amazing humans, you can truly say you had a great night...

Cute little place with friendly helpful staff. We were rushed and asked for takeaways. Was ready exactly when they promised. Absolutely delicious green curry, very nice chicken Pad Thai and the best roti bread I’ve tasted. Bright is such a friendly town and sometimes it’s hard to choose which great restaurant to support. But this one will always be on our list.

As a couple we ordered an entree, two mains and a bottle of wine. Everything was fine except for the Thai beef salad. The salad was just a bit of old iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber with a bit of dressing and the beef was too tough to chew. We told the waitress as she took away our uneaten meal to which she replied " I'll tell the chef". When paying the bill I informed the host of the inedible plate expecting him to graciously take the cost of that meal off. But alas I was only offered a $5.00 discount.
I don't usually do bad reviews but I dislike paying for a $30.00 meal we couldn't eat.
I hope you do better for your future customers because after many years of patronage we won't be coming back.

Nice Thai decor. The food is nice especially the Thai fish cakes. The staff are friendly. The service for takeaway is faster than dining in. They’re doing lots of takeaways.
