We were in a caravan not in a cabin and we are so glad that we stayed here. The park manager, Craig, was so friendly and helpful. He even tuned our antennae. The visitors centre was closed when we got there but Craig helped us with what to see and do around Byron Bay. The sites are so big and the park is right next to the beach. Loved this park.

Nothing to fault. On the morning of our trip, I called and booked the safari tent instead of camping as rain was predicted.

The park is picturesque, next to the beach, a short walk to the shops and very clean.

Stayed here as a teen and hoped the kids would enjoy as much as I did back then.

Shout out to Teddi and Josie for making sure we were looked after.

This park is absolutely beautiful. So close to the beach with large sites and clean amenities. Staff so friendly and helpful. Park is so natural with big trees and lots of birds. A brilliant start to our road trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.

In my top 5 places to camp, every time I return the camp grounds are even better. Clean and well maintained bathrooms, showers, kitchen and BBQ area. Private access to the beach for a swim, surf, walk or beach bbq and a short walk up the street to my number 1 cafe/patisserie in the world. Oh and the staff here are always smiling and willing to help.

Beautiful place to stop for the night, management were very nice and the campsites are also very clean. The amenities are very clean and the showers are great. Close to very good food up the road and you wake up to singing lorikeets, kookaburras and butcher birds. Will stop in again

Craig the legend gave us the head up that some bad weather was closing in just before we made payment (sleeping in our car for the night) - a great display of integrity in park management. Safe to say the rain hit hard and we made it back up to our place in QLD for the night. Looking forward to visiting another time!

Safari tents very spacious and lovely glamping style. This is the second time we have been in the last few years and is well maintained. Reverse cycle aircon in tent for heating is a massive plus! So quiet and close to beach and away from the hussle but still close enough to go explore the area!

My girlfriend and I both have small Hiace vans and we were always previously welcome to park both of them on one site. However, on 15/5/25 the lady in the office told me we could now only bring in one van. We take up less space than a caravan and car, and there is no boom gate. It's a shame, we really like this place.
