I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Success Education Consultancy regarding my recent visa application experience. The customer service I received was subpar, characterized by long response times and a lack of clarity in communication.

I felt misled about the timeline and requirements, which added unnecessary stress to an already complex process. Despite reaching out multiple times for updates, I often received vague answers or no response at all. This lack of support has left me frustrated and concerned about the future of my application. I expected a higher level of professionalism and support, especially given the stakes involved in the visa process.
