Do not use your phones to pay! Countless tons of paying with my phone I’ve never seen an issue until today. I got picked up and dropped off to pay on my phone to it keep declining, I kept trying to reassure the man that I have money on my card even showing him but he started to get very angry, I tried fixing the issue. I could pick up my card or have some other form of payment but he cancels my ride and drives off. I’m honestly left upset. Never had issues with my phone and I’m left confused and upset over something I have no control over. If this as the man said happens with most iPhones where does it say Apple Pay payments not accepted? You honestly left me in tears as I wanted to pay for your time but you drove off. Not impressed and hope to never be in the same cab as you.

I've used the suburban taxi service here the last 2 years only after everyone of my surgeries as I'm unable to drive during a certain time. The drivers are reliable, friendly and quick to arrive everytime. The drivers work long hours too. From reading previous complaints if you use your card there is a surcharge involved because the cab company are charged this surcharge this happens with all businesses. This is not the cabs fault & would be a sign about this in the taxi itself. Use cash to avoid this. A taxi will be late from time to time especially if there isn't enough drivers and they also drive out of Port Pirie. I either wait or book the taxi early if I have an important place to be.

I have speaking issues, when i made the taxi i told them i had speaking issues, they began to be rude and told me speak faster, and easier for them to hear, I tried its extremely hard when i have a very bad stuttering problem and all i got was attitude and rudeness from a woman. the taxi driver was quite nice but you need to take care of people on the other end of the phone. this was not pleasant for my first taxi ride alone. that's why i gave you one star.

I wouldn't waste my time ringing them. The call centre is in Adelaide and the staff haven't got a clue about Port Pirie. Even when you use their free phone in the shopping centre, the staff don't know where it is.

My sister booked a taxi for 2.45pm for the school run. 3.30pm shes still waiting. No communication. No “sorry, we’re going to be late”. Nothing. Disgusting customer service. If a taxi is booked at least let the person waiting know if you’re not going to make it or that you’re going to be late so they have a chance to find an alternative instead of making a little girl wait wondering where her mummy is. If i could rate a 0 I would.
