We booked a maxi taxi 2 day's prior to our departure date Tuesday 20th may.
We phoned suburban taxi at 9am 2 hrs prior to pickup.
We were told that a maxi taxi could not be guaranteed after taking our booking 2 days prior. We were very annoyed, disappointed and beginning to stress.
We called numerous times and finally received a text message at 11.05am that a taxi was on its way.
In the meanwhile we ordered another maxi taxi with 13 cab's and they arrived in 10 min of the order. Thats great reliable service which your company is lacking.
May I suggest that your booking agent is more truthful and accurate with their clients at booking stage in future.

Taxi 1118; 3:00PM, Northpark Shopping Centre

Their drivers have absolutely no civic sense. No respect for their own attire either. One of them parked in the pram zone and refused to move, even when politely requested. We were forced to park far from the centre in the pouring rain with a few months old child. Behave guys, it’s not India.

Edit: You can have a discussion with the driver.

Booked a cab from my hotel room and by the time I got down stairs the cab was already waiting. The cost from Adelaide city to the airport was $25. Can't fault the cab company good prompt service at reasonable rates. Well done, good job

I don't use taxis very often but lately I have had to. Every time they have arrived on time and the driver's have been very polite. I recommend using their app, easy to navigate and use. Keep up the great work and thanks.

My 83 year old mother booked a taxi for a doctors appointment last Thursday. Upon arrival the taxi driver took her card for payment. Upon viewing her transactions online, the driver had charged her twice. I called to discuss, the operator was quite abrupt and couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough. She said she would have someone call to address and rectify, did not take any details and didn’t care to listen to what I had to say. She tried to say that one transaction would drop off as they would be pending. Not the case, both have gone through. I have a copy of one receipt with transaction and driver ID etc. I’m yet to receive a call. This is an example of a driver taking advantage of the elderly and a company that does not care to rectify the issue. Would not recommend.

I have had open heart surgery. Renal failure, extreme high blood pressure, loss of balance, extreme anxiety, extreme depression, aspergers. I cannot walk far without falling. Recently diagnosed with cancer (melanomas.)

I have letters from various specialists emphasising I rely on my medical service dog. Suburban taxis have decided that all my medical specialists are wrong and I don't need service dog. I have all paperwork and reports under Disability Discrimination Act To have my service dog. Suburban say I must spend $20,000 to get accreditation under dog Cat Management Bourd regulations, even though DDA does not require it. I am old (sick), limited time left and need my dog. Suburban say my doctors are wrong and I must get DCMB card.

Great service all round from driver Peter, radio staff, lost property staff Dillon.
The driver arrived on time very pleasant to chat to during the trip. He was kind enough to return my keys that I had left in the taxi free of charge that I was more than happy to pay for there return.
Radio room staff gave me lost property number to call also very helpful and Dillon was able to track the keys. Great service well done and thankyou to all.
On a really busy Friday in Adelaide.

We left our small backpack in the taxi we caught from the hotel in the city to Rydes at South Terrace last Tuesday 20th May. The driver (did not get his name) kindly returned it to the city hotel, where we were able to collect it. Wonderful, caring service. We were so delighted. The lost property service was excellent. Polite & efficient. Thank you so much!
