Stuart Park is such a great spot for a day out. The park is spacious, clean, and really well maintained. There’s plenty of open space for kids to run around, good playgrounds, and lots of shaded areas for picnics. The location is perfect, right near the beach and lagoon, so you get the best of both worlds. It’s one of those places you can keep coming back to and always enjoy.

Stewart Park: Where Kids Spin, Run, and Smell the Fun!

If you’re looking for a park that’s more than just swings and slides, Stewart Park is where the magic happens! This place is like a hidden playground wonderland with the coolest spinny things—seriously, I don’t know what they’re called, but kids jump on and go whirling, twirling, and spinning into another dimension. Then, there are these running circle things (again, no clue what they’re called), but they turn kids into human tornadoes of laughter. It’s like a mini obstacle course designed by a genius who knows exactly how to tire them out.

But wait, there’s more! Stewart Park isn’t just about the action—it’s got a touch-and-smell plant zone that feels like a nature-inspired treasure hunt. Ever wanted to pet a plant? Say hello to the soft and fuzzy rabbit’s ear! Need to test your mosquito-repelling superpowers? Just rub the citronella plant and give it a sniff. The whole area is packed with fragrant herbs and interesting textures, making it a fun sensory adventure for kids and adults.

Bottom line? Whether you’re there for the spinning, the sprinting, or the sniffing, Stewart Park is a must-visit. Just be prepared—your kids might never want to leave!

A very pretty park just next to the Big beautiful Beach !!! I absolutely love this place! Have very easy access to beach. What a scenic beauty it does have!!

Lots of different types of play ground for different age groups . Lots of activities for kids to do there. One of the most organised & big playground i have seen around Sydney for kids.

Toilet facilities are the, BBQ facilities are there. U could sit on the beach or just near the banks of the beautiful Lagoon or may be just on the beautiful Green grasses.
As the beach is just on the side, there is always nice, relaxing breeze 😊

Highly recommend if u are around woolngon area & looking for a nice place to spend your day doing BBQ or picnic with friends or family.

This park was awesome! It really does have something for everyone. My kids of different ages all had things they could engage with that was to their size and ability. I lived the sensory garden. It was very clean and had plenty of room for picnics. The only thing that would improve it is the location of the toilets, which were a bit far required planning to get to and they very, very dirty (especially in the adult change room). I was impressed they had the adult change room, though, this is a great example. It really was a highlight of our visit, though we didn't know about it in advance.

Lovely huge area, right near the beach, amenities, plenty of parking, walk/cycle ways, we went for the colour frenzy, had heaps of fun.

Nice playground suitable for baby and the big kids. Have zipline, high slider until for baby slides, swings. Very nice place. Near the ponds, can the ducks. Near the beaches. Have toilet n baby change, just walk from the playground. Have a coffee shop nearby. I really like this place. Can see people landing from Skydiving
