OMG this place is beautiful.
Stunning views, room & incredible service.
Booked a pet friendly room but I was a bit scared of letting my puppy in the room it's way too nice.
Complimentary breakfast.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser all supplied.
Fireplace & spa bath.
What else do you need?

Just got home from holding our small, intimate wedding reception on the grounds of Strathearn Park Lodge & spending 3 nights with our party booking out the entire house and i cannot begin to tell you what an amazing place this is. The scenery is breathtaking, especially under a full moon, the house is stunning, set back from the road and rail far enough that the only noise we could hear were the birds, it's well appointed, immaculately clean and has aged beautifully, something i realised when looking through the photo books in the sitting room and realising the furniture and fixtures are nearly 30 years old! You would never, ever pick it. Not to mention the pool is indoors, well kept and always kept at optimum temperature. The only thing better than the property are Lyn, Peter, their small team of housekeeping and of course, Becky the dog. They all make every single guest feel welcome and are always attentive and kind. Please, if you've found this little hidden gem, pay the money and stay there, tell them the Hendersons sent you. You will not be disappointed.

Our 2nd time here for an overnight stay. So relaxing & the welcoming commitee of Gail & the Jack Russell Beccy was quite special. Our studio style room was fresh & clean & any traveller would never guess it was pet friendly. One of the best we've stayed in.

We stayed at the farm during winter with our one-year-old and had a delightful experience. Gail was incredibly warm and hospitable, always ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our toddler enjoyed playing with Becky, the clever and friendly Jack Russell. There were colourful birds, horses and cows on the farm. The living space was surrounded by a beautiful garden with plenty of roses plants.
The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and lovely spa. Our room was air-conditioned, and we also had the option to use the firepit, which added to the charm of our stay. There was continental breakfast provided that included bread, cereal and lovely homemade jams.

An absolutely PERFECT place to unwind and relax. The room is spacious and extremely comfortable with all amenities provided, even a spa bath and our own private garden! Suzi (my elderly dog) and I were welcomed by Becky (the resident pooch) and it was wonderful to be back again. The continental breakfast is exceptional with an amazing choice of food. It is just such a pity that we can never stay longer.

What a lovely vacation thanks to this bed and breakfast. The owners were away but Gail was excellent. Well appointed rooms with your private outdoor area, indoor spa and fireplace. Could not ask for more.

We stayed with Lyn and Peter on our way home from QLD. Originally I had booked one night but when I arrived at sunset, got out the car and took in the property and view, I immediately asked to stay an additional night before even unpacking the car. I have a 14 year old dog and we booked a pet friendly room. It was clean, beautifully appointed, stunning country design and we even had our own fireplace. The property is beautiful and the hospitality second to none. When my partner fancied himself a country lad and tried to start the fire with a match and a huge log, Peter was kind enough to come and do the job for us 🙂 The lodge smelt delightful to boot, just like the country should, of log fires and clean country air. High quality exceptionally spacious rooms with lots of facilities and supplies - eg wine chilled in the room. Great continental breakfast.
