Worst customer experience ever. Walked into the shop and there were two workers having a chat right in front of me - didn’t get greeted or anything. Then went to the register to ask a question about luggage and they continued to talk and ignore me. It was only when one of them asked if I needed anything they stopped their conversation. The lady that ended up serving me was helpful but very cold, would only talk when I asked her a question. Not the kind of customer service that convinced me to purchase here. Walked out and decided to shop elsewhere.

We just visited this store for luggage bag & want to do more shopping but old lady maybe manager/ owner was so nasty & showing attitude for no reason. She was passive aggressive towards us. But young lady who served us was lovely.. I won’t recommend anyone to this store unless you willing to get harassed/abused. She/ old lady really need to learn customer service or better retire.

Visited the store and bought this item few minutes ago, served by this lady , was so rude to answer simple questions even after purchasing the item, very bad customer experience, constantly caughing and no excuses … rude rude and rude . You better retire or learn to respect the people

The lady (which I suspect she is the owner) was so rude. We visited this place two times and we regret it. at the second visit, we have been waiting for long time to ask for the price of 2 wallets. When it was our turn, she insisted to serve another customer. When told her that we were waiting first and we just wanted to ask for the prices, she rolled her eyes and said you must wait. We left the place and went to another branch at DFO. It was much better and we bought what we want. I won’t recommend going to watergardens branch at all.

Was disappointed at the woman perhaps owner, I approached to do an exchange due to not being satisfied with the product. Quote :You should’ve realised the fault when you bought it!

Purchased twice in last 3 weeks. Girls were very helpful on both occasions.

Fantastic range of bags, wallets, luggage. Sign up online to get a further discount.

Wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Sometimes they have doubles of the bags on display. Might be able to get bags that haven't been on display and still in its packaging. Ask the question.

Ive never walked into strand bags expecting to buy a new suitcase,for me it was just a browse, get some info and shop around, then got approached by a sales assistant by the name of Larissa Issa,(its on my receipt)she was outstanding in customer service, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very professional and engaging to the point i ended up buying not 1 but 2 new, bags, a suitcase and a bag for my wife. With service like hers,why would you go anywhere else, thanks for your unforgettable service Larissa,and best of luck in your future 👍
