Bad Customer service. The lady didn't help at all with the shopping and ignored the question that I asked saying that the shop was gonna close in the next 15mins. I am distraught with it.

Thanks for your very nice customer service. I was change my mind two time. Because my wallet couldn't fit in the handbags. Today , I asked to help one of the girl in the "ingle farm store", she was so much patience and suggest to different type of bags. This is best customer service ever, because i bought nearly 50 bags when i went to overseas for as gifts to my family members. Still good quality. Could please any best brands send to notifications weekly.

The ginger woman is awfully rude, I went in to buy a suit case and it’s as if I was inconveniencing her by even being there! These young kids are more interested in being on their phones rather than serving people!! Also the store is very untidy every time I’ve been here. Disgusting manners and disgusting shop.

I was in the Ingle Farm store, looking around for over 10 minutes and not once was I acknowledged. Two women were standing behind the counter chatting and laughing quite loudly. I was interested in buying a bag for myself and my mother. Left the store because of no customer service. Very disappointing. Wont be back.
