Absolutely disgusted with the person working the floor. I wasn’t even shopping at the store and was just walking past. My son stopped and started showing tantrum and began walking back to go on the play ride infront of the store. I kept walking just 5 metres ahead to hopefully get him to follow me. I still have clear line of sight to him and can get back to him within a second.

One of the store operators (an older lady) walked out furiously too my son asking randoms if it’s their kid, I walked up within less then a second and said don’t stress he is mine he is just throwing a tantrum.

The store worker then started bad mouthing me for no reason saying I should not have left him and that she could’ve just taken him.

She then told me to go away when I tried explaining I was only just standing there. She then kept trying to convince her other co worker that I wasn’t there even though it only took a second for me to come and get him.

She then kept bad mouthing me by saying I am irresponsible and I should just go away.

I am really disgusted with the moods and words that came from this workers mouth and has really impacted the brands image for me.

Never shopping from there ever.

So I went in to Tuggeranong today, a Saturday needing a new wallet and handbag due to water damage. Anyhow I arrived and the roller doors were down, I initially thought a bathroom break....but the sign that said be back at 3:30pm and it was 2:55pm.....I used to work retail so I get the need to use the bathroom.....but really 35min? can't be sure how long it was already closed at that point, but I'm going to guess 45-60min total and I didn't have the time to wait when I had nothing else I needed to do. I tried to take a photo with my watch showing the time, but the focus was not great.

Perhaps rethink your strategies for staffing levels and cover for breaks, it's left that I won't bother in the future vibe. Perhaps this wasn't even authorised and management have found out the hard way they lost business, it wouldn't just be me.

Horrible customer service. Deceptive pricing. It's a pity Strandbags has deteriorated over the years. Maybe it's the next Aussie brand to shut down.

I tried to exchange a bag I bought at another store that had a manufacturing fault and broke within weeks of purchase. Because the bag was on sale at the other store when I bought it they told me I would have to pay the extra amount to the full price.
She was extremely rude and unhelpful and should not work in customer service. My experience here completely put me off ever shopping here again. I won't be wasting my time on terrible products and service.

Tuggeranong south point shopping centre: I went in to the Tuggeranong shop to do a refund of an item I bought a few days ago at a different location. The skinny pink haired worker (some kind of manager?) behind the counter was on her phone when I entered the store and was rude,not helpful and ignoring me while talking on her phone in what sounded like a personal non work matter. She didn't acknowledge me at all and when I waited at the front to be served still no acknowledgement and she turned her back to me while acting busy. A simple 'i'll be a minute' would of been fine but I felt like this girl didn't want to be bothered and have to do something. After waiting 10 minutes in the store before she got of the phone call I looked at almost every item in store. She approached me trying to sell me stuff that I was just looking at bored and then proceeded to tell her that I'd like to get a refund for what I bought. She told me that she could not do the refund in her store because I bought it from another state. This is ridiculous, online and the store I bought it from said I can do a refund in any strandbags store as long as I keep the receipt and tags which I have. It wasn't even used which I mentioned and this pink hair girl claims that I broke the zip because she couldn't open it herself. It wasn't broken at all and she was actually being rough with it. When I said I can open it to show her it's not broken she snatched the item from me when I was going to open it to prove my point. This too was a product that is still mine and I have paid for as she refused my refund. I don't appreciate her behaviour and tone towards me either. She was rude and aggressive from the moment I stepped in shop. I got told to "try again and return my purse in the shop I bought it from then if I didn't like the strandbag rules of her store". You've lost my service now and I won't be shopping here ever again.

The manager at strandbags greenway was very rude to me the other day when I came in. Would not recommend coming here and I will never be buying from here again.
