Highly recommend booking a tour with Dave! We organised a half day of beach fishing and it was the perfect way to start one of our mornings on Straddie.
Dave is so friendly and it was like going fishing with an old friend (albeit a very knowledgeable one!). He showed us how to look for pipis and then we went for a drive in the trusty Troopie down the beach to find a spot for some beach fishing.
We will definitely book in kayaking next time we visit Straddie! Thank you!

Absolutely fabulous day out in the 4WD on island seeing all the places inaccessible by regular cars. Excellent guide, lovely lunch, stunning scenery. A must to do!

We’ve just had the morning kayaking with Dave. What a wonderful experience. Excellent knowledge really helpful and the best thing we have done on straddle so far. Dolphins and stingrays were a bonus. Can highly recommend

My girls aged (9 and 11) and myself spent the day on Straddie with Dave this past weekend. We were treated to a lot of knowledge about the island, as well as seeing all the glorious sites.
I loved that we were able to access parts of the island that I would never have been able to with my own vehicle.
We saw a lot of wildlife, swam in pristine waters and left with our bellies full.

We are a NDIS support service from the Sunshine Coast, who have visited the beautiful North Stradbroke Island for a group STA/Respite. All of our 15 clients and staff have loved the eco tour with Dave, learning alot about the beautiful Stradbroke. Would definitely recommend for any NDIS support services, wanting to get out on an adventure with a beautiful morning tea and lunch. My husband and I went on a kayaking tour with Dave. Our only regret is that we chose to do a short tour. The weather was great and the scenery was wonderful. Dave is clearly knowledgeable about his island and the local wildlife. We will be back.
