All of the staff are absolutely great. They are so attentive with all of the little ones. I was worried about the transition but my little girl settled in straight away. I love all of the updates they give you throughout the day it makes my day. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

My daughter has attended Story House Aberglasslyn for quite some time. During this time she has learnt so much, due to all the time, patients and effort from the lovely staff.
The staff are very onboard with helping on their end when it comes to weaning off the dummy and bottle. They’re fantastic when it came to toilet training. Everything we were doing at home, they would continue on their side.
The communication between staff and families is fantastic.
The education my daughter has received is fantastic, she loves coming into daycare to learn new things and new skills.
I feel as if my daughter has been very well supported and cared for. I couldn’t speak highly enough of the staff at this centre.

My daughter started this week in the African Cubs (baby) room and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of daycare. As a therapist, I explored a few before making the choice to go to StoryHouse. Whilst I was pregnant, and attending this daycare professionally, I found the staff to be friendly and willing to take on feedback and make an effort to get to know children and their families. My daughter is on her second day, and the staff have made our first week welcoming, and have been professional in their day to day processes. Every single staff member seems to genuinely love every single child who comes through Storyhouse. They are kind and understanding and have always listened to any concerns i have with my kids, and are happy to work with us in what our kids are up to (ie: moving to toddler bed/ no dummy/ toilet training etc).

My daughter has attended Story House Early Learning Aberglasslyn for all of 2020 & I don’t think we could have chosen a better centre! The staff are so lovely & are amazing when it comes to communication during her days there. The progress I’ve seen in my daughter since being there is so great & I love hearing about all her little friends she’s making! We’re so happy here.

We love this daycare. Staff have a genuine care factor for the children and always make sure all the kids are thriving. Very accommodating to different children needs and will follow your child’s schedule as close as possible. Highly recommend.
