I've never used storage units before so i was a bit nervous calling about it, but when I spoke to Janice on the phone she was nothing but kind and helpful, and seemed like she genuinely wanted to get me the most appropriately sized unit for the best value. There was no upselling (in fact she tried very hard to reduce the size of the unit required) and she made sure I knew about the fees and conditions so I would not be overcharged in future. She was absolutely lovely and I would recommend Storage King Adamstown to anyone.

I booked a unit on the phone and paid extra for a padlock, when my daughter went to the facility they charged her again for the padlock. No invoice emailed yet a whole lot of upsells emailed. Forget the upsells focus on delivering what I paid for. Why can’t you see in your system that I paid for a padlock, either your system is inefficient or your staff are!

Storage King are thieves ...increase rent by 40% over 6 months !!!
BEWARE THIS COMPANY ARE THIEVES
I have a unit with Storage King Adamstown nsw
they have increased my rent by 40% over 6 months ..
They didn't even give 30 days notice !!
I'm fairly sure that's illegal !!

THATS WHAT THEY DO WITH EVERYONE
THEY GET YOU IN AT A SET PRICE THEN INCREASE IT BY 40% IN 6 MONTHS
THATS RITE IN 6 MONTHS
and they want to increase it again in the next few months..

if you read Storage Kings other reviews on Product Reviews and Google , its clearly consistent disgusting behave with allot of there customers

The people that work at Adamstown are very helpful and ultra friendly. They made the whole process easy. I like how the storage company provides a van to assist you with moving. The facility was clean and well maintained. As a bonus I received 50% off for two months so I’m pretty happy about that. Will definitely recommend to friends and have already.

Alec and Reece are so kind, understand and so very helpful, cannot talk highly enough of them! Storage Kings are best in the biz! Easy use system to access shed, very clean and tidy, super safe and secure! Definitely recommend!
