They unfortunately are building with inspired homes. Since completion I have spent 4 months trying to get inspired homes to address issues at the property. They continue to ignore emails and never answer or return phone calls. I reached out to Stockland as well and still have had no answer. Inspired homes have multiple issues and a 1 star rating on google.

Viewed today. The estate agent was pleasant, the house & surrounds lovely.....BUT then I took a short walk around the neighbourhood & found there was a large, angry black dog living in one of the very nearby houses (back garden), just two doors up, that did not stop barking, loudly and aggressively, the entire time, at me & a few other people who'd come to view the properties. The barking echoed & resonated around the whole neighbourhood. That's a big NOPE from me. Sorry, but living anywhere near that would drive me to despair.

Not the quality I expected with the premium price. My advice is get a building inspector and double check all glass and tiles for defects and find out what the yearly servicing fee is for the A\C given they have relocated the external unit to the roof!
