Cold meats was definitely old not fresh, very overpriced compared to supermarket deli, happy to pay more for quality but definitely wasn’t good. Can’t finely slice meats either. Disappointed happy to support smaller business and pay more aslong as quality and service but didn’t receive either

It has been very disappointing the last couple of times that I have purchased items. I have asked on multiple occasions to cut the Hamm very thin, when I get home the ham is cut thick. Customer service has also fallen by the way side since new owners have taken over. Not happy, will not go there again.

Will never go to this Deli again. After it changed hands. I'v come home with off prosciutto, off cheese and service has gone down hill. A smile doesn't cost anything. I want the old team Back.

Supposed to be open until 6pm on a Tuesday night. Shop doors pulled down closed at 5.45pm? I drove to St Helena specifically to go to the deli so I was pretty frustrated to get there at 5.45pm only to find they had closed for the day.
