We had a wonderful interaction with Anne-Marie in St George Bank Shellharbour yesterday. She provided excellent customer service just through Anne-Marie being friendly and taking time chatting to my 85 year old Mum. Anne-Marie discovered an issue that Mum wasn’t going to complain about and went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. We both walked out of the bank commenting on how lovely it was to receive top notch customer service.

Absolutely not very professional at all don't go to Shellharbour st George and not to be served by Cristy $ Anne Mary you apply for a loan then they call you 5 : 00 when they close to tell you we cant help you i waited from 2:45!!!!!!Good old Australia does not exist any more !!!

Got hung up on because I asked why I couldn't talk to somone about my mortgage and I disagreed with him about what I was calling for there was no comunication just didn't havr the answer so hung up this is after trying to get through for 2 days
