Love this guy! Easy to follow, but fun and always entertaining to watch. His recipes are generally classics and easy to follow. But I appreciate when he attempts unique recipes and he genuinely seems to enjoy his work without taking himself too seriously. Of course, always love the smile when shaking cocktails. Steve has an incredible library of cocktail tutorials on YouTube that are very easy to follow. If he doesn't have what you're looking for it's not worth making. Wish i lived in Adelaide so i could get to his bar.

Wow, Wow and Wow!!!! i am still blown away by the service Kat and Steve provided for my father in laws surprise 60th Birthday party! Kat was very efficient and professional when speaking through email to organise the birthday. Dealing with her made everything stress free! When meeting both Kat and Steve in person their bubbly personalities made me feel even more relaxed knowing i had nothing but FULL professionalism handling the drinks for the function. i had all my guests blown away with the service they provided. The bar looked amazing, their cocktails tasted so yummy, and they even made us drinks on the spot! We can not fault anything, they are definitely highly recommended.

Steve The Bartender looked after the food, drink and service for a book launch event we put on in Adelaide last week.

Steve and his fabulous team, were absolutely wonderful.

The canapes they created were beautifully presented, and delicious. Everyone on the night was commenting on the food (particularly on the eclairs).

With very competitive rates, Steve organised all the alcohol and drinks for the evening and there was a wonderful buzz around the bar area.

I could not speak more highly of Steve and his team (Kat and Andrea). I would certainly recommend them to bartend, cater and staff any event. They are professional, charming, and are great value.
