I had a very disappointing experience with Step Up Professions. Their customer service is extremely poor — after calling and messaging multiple times, I was assured that someone would get in touch with me to discuss my matter. It has now been months, and I still haven’t received a single call or response. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable immigration support.

They are a bunch of scamsters wasting the time of the ppl who visits them.
1500$ to just apply a 485 visa.
They pretend to be like they r the president of US.
No work just showoff everytime.
From my view they will be soon closed and will be bankrupt 🤣

Never go there guys . They will put you in a course that will lead you to no where in Australia because they have agreements with college to give them students for some commission $$and you will end up wasting all your time in Australia. Consult proper Migration Agents who are worth jt but never ever believe them . They will also take fees from you but won’t pay your college.

I think this consultancy is doing fraud.
They previously opened in Auburn and now they changed to Bankstown. Service is pathetic no one answers your call. False promising and even in Hyderabad, India they closed their business after taking money from people and didn't even apply their visit visas. Never go there. They play with peoples time.

Don't go with this consultancy. They charged $2000 for a visiting visa, but there was no response from them, and I've been waiting for their reply for almost a year.

They don't even inform about the status of the visa, whether it's declined or not. It looks like a dodgy consultancy. Don't waste your money with them.

To be honest, this consultancy is completely worthless. The people around their just seems to be dapper but no one just care.I headed over their for my friend's student visa and it's been more than a month, none of the fellas answer my call.what the heck, use of just showcasing pseudo achievements? Moreover they kept me waiting many times and represent themselves like a president of the country that is Soo busiest. If there is no proper service to us, then bulldoze it and shoo off.
