Best location, just at the beach. Nice view! But food is very average. Seafood is not too fresh. Pizza is not with Italian flavor…

Family owned Italian restaurant at a premium location. Right next to the Dee Why beach, which guaranteed the atmosphere and view on a sunny day and clear night.

The owner of the restaurant served the table with a welcoming and warm smile. The menu is simple and classic. It was not hard to make a choice, and all dishes ordered were tasty.

The oysters here are the best ones I have had for many years. They are very fresh (smell like ocean breath without fishy unpleasantness), sweet, and creamy. The size of them are also very generous compared with other restaurants.

Pasta is very well balanced with flavour and perfect with a glass of crispy fresh Peroni or white vino.

Will be back soon for more for sure. ;D

The only issue is the coffee. From an Italian restaurant you expect good coffee. My flat white was very white. Like warm milk. It was replaced with another with what seemed like a few grains extra of coffee. I paid for it, but couldn’t drink it. Please don’t economise on the coffee. Customers should not have to pay for an extra shot they should get exactly what they pay for.

My partner and I recently hosted a party in the restaurant and we could not be more pleased!

The service, hospitality and food were second to none and almost all of our guests were stunned by the catering and atmosphere.

Had my partners 70th birthday party at Stella Blu Sunday early September for 150 people . We surprised our friends and family by getting Married on that same night . Nick organised everything we did not have to do a thing Edmond the chef did an amazing job the food was sensational it was perfection everyone is still raving about the night . The entire evening went off without a hitch and everyone had a ball . Nick is a wonderful restaurateur he knows exactly how to make you feel very special . The staff are of a level only found in some of the best restaurants and catered to our guests all night . People were just blown away and told us they would definitely have their next celebration at Stella Blu . Nick , Edmond and all the staff thank you for making our wedding and my husband’s birthday one we will never forget .

I honestly couldn't rate this restaurant high enough. The food was absolutely incredible and the service was next level! Very accommodating for people with food intolerances as well. Thanks Nick and the team for going above and beyond!!
