Delivery by Star Track Express Bendigo was done really well. Came to the back of our mostly empty and unattended block and found a safe spot to leave our package when I had thought they would probably just leave a card or get me to make a follow up call to make sure I was in attendance. Great initiative by the delivery person and so much appreciated when I got there and found the package safely put near our shed.

Shout out to the StarTrack driver who delivered in Maiden Gully today. Went the trouble of also moving a previous delivery from another company (which was left out in the open) closer to the front door then covering the deliveries with an old sheet left on the adjacent seat. Should give him the employee of the year award

Got an email today stating Startrack driver was unable to deliver a parcel & a card has been left in my door. I am disabled, I don't leave the house, no one knocked on my door or rang my doorbell & definitely no card left in the door to let me know!! I rang the company got a lovely helpful customer service person, who described a photo of the house the driver submitted to show the house he was unable to deliver to. Turns out it was NOT my house!! Now 'I' have to wait another 4 days to get my delivery. The delivery was a birthday gift for a friend who is travelling & is only going to be in town for the weekend.

So because of the drivers incompetence to read the 'correct address on the package' being delivered, I now can't get my package & my friend won't get her birthday present!!

I can't get in touch with the local branch to get it delivered this afternoon, as there is only a main switch number, & I can't get to the local depot to pick it up, as I mentioned, I am disabled.

I understand that mistakes can be made in any workplace, but with a courier business, if a mistake is made by the driver, it's only right that he should have to re-deliver the package the same day the mistake was made, NOT punish the receiver by making THEM wait an extra 2 business days, & in my case 4 days because it's the weekend!!!

I live down the road from the local branch, & in the country things are friendlier & can bet arranged for the sake of good business. Yet I couldn't contact them to arrange the re-delivery. Local depots are manned so they should be contactable directly, I had all afternoon to arrange it but couldn't.

Why does everything have to be so hard when it could be so simple?!

Great! I’m at home waiting for your delivery, it rings and by the time I get to the door there is no one there! Then I get a message that delivery was attempted and I was not home. Your driver must have turned around the second he hit the buzzer! When I go online to sort it out it says “no delivery attempt could be found”.
What a mess!

If I could give zero stars today I would. I called StarTrack this morning to confirm that my parcel was on the road from the nearby depot to my house (as the website tracking finally indicated that it was).

This is an item I desperately needed to receive today for a professional submission - which I explained to their customer service person. She said it was on the road to me today and would definitely be delivered by 5pm. I asked several enquiring questions and her answer was always the same - the item was on the road and would reach me by 5pm.

After 4pm and still no delivery I called back and was told it was never in the van. This customer service guy did a quick tracking number search and could see it never left the depot.

And even more frustrating, I found out that I could have gone to the depot today to collect it but now it was too late.

I paid twice the cost of express postage to StarTrack to ensure a speedy delivery. And all I received this morning was sloppy and indifferent service.

I now have to wait until Monday and will miss my critical deadline. I will make sure I never use this company again. And that lazy customer service person should get another job if she is so uninterested in their core business.

Appalling. Inexplicably shoddy.

Waited around all day for a package to arrive, got emails and text messages to say that my delivery would definitely show up and still absolutely no-one showed up, at 9.15pm I get a text message saying that my delivery had been dropped off at the post office... Absolutely poor form for a package that had priority shipping and was absolutely supposed to be delivered and had been paid for to be made sure it arrived on a particular day. Now I have to wait until the following week to pick up package because post office is closed during the weekend and this means that I have to leave work early AGAIN to ensure that I'm about to make it there before they close.

They open at 8:30 despite the docket saying 8:00. Otherwise lovely people, friendly and helped carry my package to my car. The workers from the back greeted me as much as the receptionist. Very welcoming.

Star track used to be good and would deliver to our address. I still pay for door to door delivery but rather than driving 10 minutes up the road, they now take the lazy option and drop off at Lockington post office instead. Then I have to make a special trip to pick it up.
