They don't even deserve a one star. We were treated unfairly and overall had a very bad experience with this agency. We arranged and paid for our flight as per the quote they provided. However, when the consultant booked our flight, it was downgraded. This agency are quick to demand payment, then blame you for making the payment prior to receiving the itinerary. As far as I’m concerned, payment was made when I provided my credit card details. I had no control over what time the consultant would process the payment from her end. Anyway, as a result, the error their consultant made was not picked up and we ended up paying hundreds of dollars for the upgrade which we did not get. The consultants need to be trained properly and as for the management, they need to take accountability for errors made by their staff. This is an extremely unprofessional agency.

We've been using their services for a while now and never experienced any problems. Donna is very helpful and accommodating everytime I ask for details at any given time. My experience with Star Flights has been amazing, Yash is one of the best agents I have dealt with, she's very knowledgeable, super accommodating/helpful, & understanding. If you do your bookings with Star Flights, you will experience the best service, I am saying this because I have experienced it myself recently & Yash was super super good.
