Absolutely amazing service from admin staff, to the wonderful team of nurses on the Bridget Clancy Ward and the most amazing surgeons. Ive been here 3 times this year and two lots of operations. I have never met such caring and professional surgeons in both Dr Abraham Jacobs and Dr Prof Mo Ballal,, such beautiful human beings with care and compassion. I felt at ease through the whole process. One of the best hospitals I've ever been in ?

My partner and I had such a wonderful experience with the amazing staff at the St Mary’s Ward, St John of God Murdoch, during the arrival of our first baby. The support we received was exceptional, and we are so grateful for their patience in answering all our questions. Every member of the team was incredibly helpful, but some names that will always stay with us are Abbey, Julie, Tercia, Sara, Rochelle, and Robin. Our obstetrician, Dr. Chris Gunnel, and pediatric doctor, Dr. Jean Du Plessis, were both outstanding, and we can’t thank them enough for their incredible care and support. We’re truly grateful for their kindness and dedication!

Not recommended this hospital at all. EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT is disgrace. Was 18 weeks pregnant and came there bleeding let me wait 40 minutes before letting me get assistance.

Lost my baby boy. They should remove God name on this hospital. Call themselves catholic people working there.

No remorse and empathy. I am traumatise with this experience.

I gave birth at this hospital, and the care I received during my stay was exceptional. However, I was disappointed by my experience when I had to return to the emergency room due to postnatal bleeding. I called the St. Mary Ward around midnight, a week after my discharge, for advice and was instructed to go to the emergency department immediately. Upon arrival, I was informed of a 7-hour wait and advised to go to Fiona Stanley instead, as they did not have an OB available in emergency and could not admit me if needed. No effort was made to contact my OB, consult an on-call OB, or provide even a basic check-up on the ward, which was disheartening. It felt as though I was left to manage on my own once discharged, despite having paid for the six-week postnatal period.

Two words....absolutely brilliant. The level of care shown to me from admission, through the surgical procedure, and then the post-op care and release was nothing short of awesome.
The staff made you feel that you were the only patient they were caring for and allayed any nerves and apprehension that I could have felt.
Huge thanks to all the staff, particularly in the operating theatre and in the St Elizabeth ward.

I recently visited the hospital with my 11-year-old son, who had injured his foot due to an ankle sprain. His foot was swollen, and we were understandably concerned. Front desk nurse took an hour for the admission. After having an X-ray done, we waited for over 3 hours without any update or doctor consultation. It was only after I inquired that a doctor finally checked him and he said we will need more pictures to see if there is a fracture or not. Excuse me!!! So another waiting for a doctor to check on him after C-T scan…. It ended up being in the hospital for 7 hours … no words can explain how much feeling frustrated!!!!!!!!

Given the nature of our visit and the fact that this is a private hospital, we were expecting a much higher level of service. The lack of timely attention to my son’s condition caused us considerable distress.
