The New Year made the visit very special! Toilets and a wide range of shops are available. Free water and plenty of parking.

It's a very large shopping centre; it contains enough to cater for the large majority of needs. There is a large selection of stores, cafes, and supermarkets. There is even a playground immediately adjacent.
It's a large shopping centre to cater for all types of palates, with cafes and stores alike.
Parking is abundant, with both outside and inside car parks.

Previously I had given a 2 star rating because I found the place very congested, especially the parking.
However, I visited this place on a Sunday and changed the rating to 4 star. I was searching for a specific sports shoe online and it was only available in a shop in this shopping centre. After buying the shoe, I decided to explore the place a bit more because I thought it was changed since my last visit. There are all types of shops like any other shopping centres such as Westfield but most of them are smaller in size. I noticed that the toilets were very clean and it had incontinence items disposable bins which was unique. I realised that there were more senior citizens overall and the toilets may be catering their needs. I was very impressed because it shows the customer focus of the centre management.

DOOR DASHER AVOID THIS CENTRE

I am a door dash delivery driver, as such I enter the car park go to Cole’s or Woolies, collect or buy the groceries and leave, quite often having multiple deliveries where I am at the shopping center for 20 mins per visit.

Your facility attempts to charge $10 for visiting a second time. Even though the time spent in the car park is far less than 3 hours.

Door dashers should avoid this centre at all costs.

Great shopping centre. You can tell it’s pretty old from the outside but they keep the centre really nice with good selection of stores.
The centre is quite big but won’t make you feel like a Westfield kind of busy shopping vibe.
Public toilet are very clean. They even has a bag recycling area for people to do some green.
Will definitely come back to this centre if I’m nearby next time.

A quality shopping centre experience with retailers that are just as impressive. Woolworths at St Ives is incredible with its product line selection catering to the local special community. This shopping centre has nice touches everywhere. Peg board of recycled shopping bags, separated recycling rubbish bins, toilets using the best hardware available and a great balance of retail & food choices. Apart from Woolworths there is also Coles. For quality specialised food shopping the choices are many with many of these retailers being long term shops within the centre. Maybe other shopping centre managers and retailers need to visit St Ives Shopping Village to see how good retailing should be set up. The other very interesting aspect is this shopping centre doesn’t suffer the empty vacant shops you see littered in places like Westfield Hornsby. From all I could see St Ives Shopping Village is a vibrant, healthy and exciting shopping experience. Well done to the retailers & management.
