Extremely rude owner who answers the phone. I am confused how they still have a business. 0 costumer service. Very disorganized mixing up how many taxis needed and times. When I rang the company back to rectify their mistakes, I was further faced with rudeness and abruptness. Wouldn’t use this service again however it is the only taxi company in town therefore they have no competition and obviously haven’t seen the value or need in good costumer service.

The lady driver was very nice and I felt sorry for her working within that hostile environment.

We pre-ordered a taxi for 6pm. At 6:03pm we called to see if the taxi was on its way as we had a dinner reservation. We were informed that the taxi had been waiting for us for 5 minutes and left to complete its next job. This is impossible as it was only 6:03pm so it only could have waited at max 3 minutes. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and lacked empathy. She is not suited to a customer facing role. She informed us that another taxi would not be sent out to collect us. This is the only taxi company in the Jervis Bay Area so I’d advise tourists to book accommodation in Huskisson town so they don’t have to rely on this taxi company.

Booked a taxi to collect us for our dinner reservation, the customer service we received from the lady who manages the bookings was nothing short of appalling, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. We had no choice but to use them as they were the only taxi service, if this company had any other competition in the town they would be out of business.

Really horrible customer service.

Rang for a taxi at 1835 to take us from our accomodation at Dolphin Shores to one of the local breweries. Told he’ll be there shortly. Waited 25 minutes and rang back for an ETA (we totally get it, country town taxi’s get busy) to be told “I’ll ring you back he should be there”.

Never heard back from the phone operator or saw a taxi. Disgraceful service. Wouldn’t trust them in the slightest.
