I went down to spotlight today looking for new curtains and the sales assistant was very happy to show me an array of curtains. I was told that the choice I made might not suit and they are happy to exchange for different ones. I'm Very happy with my experience today and the service I received. Looking forward to my next shopping experience at spotlight Armidale. The staff are always willing to help you find the right staff members to suit your individual needs.

A major part of the Spotlight Armidale experience is the Team. A group of exuberant, helpful, competent young people are always more than willing to help you with anything you need. They all appear to love working there, which is a credit to the management. Also they have a vast array of products to cater to everyone. I love going here !

Not bad considering it's not a great big version of Spotlight. I do find the wool/yarn supplies a bit limited, but the store is well organised and the staff friendly

Shocking customer service. I was buying some fake flowers that were advertised for buy 2 get one free. Upon scanning I was charged full price when I challenged this I was told “well that’s just how they scan, it’s only the plants in this deal.” When I said that’s not what the sign said and showed the sign the checkout operator called the manager down and I was told she’d talk to me. She totally ignored me. When I said I think you are looking for me, she turned away and said “deal with the team member.” She was rude and dismissive. Eventually I was given the flowers for the advertised price but the experience was far from pleasant and unlike any other shopping at Spotlight….very poor management to blame the scanner and not apologise to a customer.

Each visit just keeps getting better! Such a great range of fabric! The homewares are outstanding, not to mention party supplies, craft and curtain department.Big shout out to the lovely staff member who assisted me with friendliness, courtesy and profesionalism. I did spend way more than planned but who can resist the great range? Also checked out their online store front and snapped up some great bargains. Shipped to me quickly, arrived well packed and in perfect order. Very happy, see you next time!
