Avoid at all cost. Purchased a UFC Package/experience through Sportsnet & was shocked when we were seated in the worst possible position. Save your money & book directly to secure a seat worth watching from. This disgusting company makes money from tricking unknowing consumers.

If Luxury Escapes' idea of luxury is what we experienced with Sportsnet at the Australian Open today, they seriously need to rethink their definition. This package was nothing short of a joke. The view was underwhelming, and while the chairs were somewhat comfortable, that’s where any semblance of luxury ended.

The food? Think 7-Eleven snacks at best. They handed us beer in bottles and then later provided plastic cups to pour it into—hardly a VIP touch. The seats weren’t numbered, so even the basic expectation of having food served (albeit subpar food) at your seat wasn’t met.

I genuinely feel scammed. This package is a complete waste of money and does not deliver on its promises. It’s an insult to the term “VIP” and “luxury.” Save your money—this experience is absolutely not worth it.

We bought f1 Experience Tosa grand stand starter package from sportsnet holidays for Imola Grand prix,

We specifically bought those tickets to be on that Tosa corner, which has views of two different parts of the track, we of course expected to be in one of the two Tosa Grand stands.

Instead we were given tickets in Tosa 2, a completely different stand, and location! it is on a straight at the top of a hill, with no corner, no action and no view of any part of the track.

The seats were small, and uncomfortable, and we were right on the railing which impeded sitting straight in the seat

Make sure you get given what you pay for!

or better yet, there are better packages out there through other operators

In France, we bought an expensive hotel and game package for the France vs South Africa game, the highlight of our trip. Five couples. In the last row with the ceiling totally obstructing our view. We cannot see either large screen or the top of the posts at the far end of the field. This is a total disgrace and rip off.

What a fantastic company! We'd done the TT's on the Isle of Man in 2018 and it was brilliant, so we booked both the Ulster GP and Classic TT's for August 2020.
My wife was fortunate to experience the Aust Open with Sportsnet in Jan 20 and was blown away once again with the hospitality suite etc put on by them.
Then the world got Covid19. Unfortunately both race events we'd booked were cancelled by the organisers, so there went our trip.

Sportsnet Holidays to the rescue! Their professionalism with regards to notifying us as things progressed has been outstanding. We are so very grateful to all staff we've had dealings with but Brooke in particular, as she had been keeping us up to date throughout the entire crazy time.

We can't wait to re book any event with them once we can travel whether in Australia or overseas. Keep up the great work in providing tours for all us sports crazy people to attend in style!

Thanks to all staff at Sportsnet for your help and dedication in such a trying time. Both Sue and I truly appreciate it. 🙂

Stay safe and well & we will def see you on the other side!

This was our 4th trip to the Malaysian MotoGP plus one year to the Thailand MotoGP all with Sportsnet which have all been excellent(see my previous review).
But this year it wasnt as good as it has been, when our regular travel agent booked our tour she said that it was a "different booking process" this time more like the American system she also said the tickets wouldn't be issued until 72 hours before our depart from Australia which could be a hassle if you were planning a holiday before the moto GP.
Previous years we have recievd backpacks, ponchos, lanyards, water bottles etc
and everyone gets aTravel wallet this year 1travel wallet betwern the 4 us and nothing else..
When we arrived at our KL motel no moto GP paraphernalia in the foyer as in previous years no Sportsnet rep to greet us as in previous years.
When we did meet our Sportsnet rep the next day she was fabulous. When asked She said Sportsnet previously set up and operated by an Australian was recently sold to an American company
A lot of small changes this year to save a few dollars for the company has turned Sportsnet from an excellent travel agency to a run of the mill penny pinching travel agency..Will be looking elsewhere next time.

Attended the Australian Open 2023 through Sportsnet - x4 days Mon - Thur - W1 of the tournament. Great views from a large private corporate box that overlooks the baseline on John Cain Arena. Comfortable seating, private bar, private toilets, multiple TVs inside to keep an eye on other courts, and A/C when it gets a little warm outside. Superior customer service, with special thanks to Renee, Caitie and Yolanda - all very friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Thanks for a great time - I'll be back in 2024! 😀

A great way to get close to the action of the Finke Desert Race in Central Australia, with a great group of like-minded people. Our tour guide James and our drivers went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and assisted us to catch some extra attractions such as the Reptile Centre. The Sportsnet team in Melbourne was very helpful and great to deal with, especially with cancellations and credits during the 2020/2021 travel restrictions. An honest and fun company, very passionate about sport!
