Wouldn't advise anyone to sign up for any of this company's future events. We had an entire team sign up for MudGirl Oshawa, and the day of the event called for Thunderstorms. After getting in contact with someone on Instagram, they told me I had to email the Oshawa Run directly. Only 3 days after the event did someone contact me saying - yes in fact the run did happen. Completely unorganized, if there are any type of weather warnings event organizers should have let everyone know the event was either a) still on b) hang tight and await further instruction or c) it's cancelled. They offer no refund, which is a complete scam of people's money.

I had a physical injury requiring my knee to gave 2 surgeries. I was told I could sell my ticket anytime. I finally found a buyer... Now the link is broken so there is no ticket for me to sell! I've emailed mudgirls 3x and sport era 1x so far and no response. I'm out $98! If you're going to force this ticket to be my problem after dealing with an accident at least keep your word to have my ticket available to sell!

Awful company. Tried to receive a refund for the mud girl run in Milwaukee, wi. We were encouraged to resell our tickets or attend the event. One question who in their right mind is going to purchase a resale ticket during a pandemic. Very unprofessional and could have handled the entire situation much differently and there would have been no issue. I will not ever recommend this company’s events to anyone rather strongly discourage them. This event might not have been called the dirty girl but y’all did us dirty. That’s for sure.

This company has been not easy to find or get in contact with, it’s rather obvious they do not care to be found or about providing quality customer service. Be sure to read the terms and conditions carefully as they refuse to offer refunds for events that have been “postponed” not canceled, although your event could be postponed indefinitely. Or better yet, you can do work on your own to try to resell your event tickets. Outrageous, I will never register for an event run through Sportera again, and I’ll be sure to also let everyone else I know that this is a cheesy marketing scheme not built on sound ethical business practices.
