I would HIGHLY recommend the Meditation Dinner, it was an incredible experience! The host was soo welcoming and lovely. We were served a delicious meal before being invited to meditate. We finished off the night with dessert and a selection of teas. What a peaceful evening, I will be coming back for more!!

Absolutely divine, from the tea and meditation sound healing to the deliciously healthy food. Bec is a very calming soul, her space was set up to offer absolute relaxation. I definitely need this in my life more often

From start to end the Meditation Dinner was an awesome experience. The teas and juices were heavenly, dinner and desert was delicious and the meditation was incredibly relaxing. A great experience to bring friends along to for a relaxed night out. Will definitely be looking to make visiting for dinner and meditation a recurring event ‍♀️

My partner and I attended Bec's dinner and sound meditation as she tried out a new space in Aldinga Beach. The curry dinner was lovely and I appreciated that it catered to dietery concerns as well as spice tolerance with a variety of optional spicy pickles to make your own spice level. We could tell a lot of love went into the food and 3 different unique drink options and a beautiful dessert to top it off.

The meditation space was cosy and inviting. Bec introduced the activity and made sure it was a safe space for everyone. I appreciated the meditation aspect of the sound bath to get relaxed, but the best part for me is the sound bowls and feeling the vibrations reverberating through my head and experiencing strong tingling sensations which almost feel like a natural high.

My partner had never had a sound bath or meditation before and he quite enjoyed it and felt comfortable. He slept well and had vivid dreams that night as Bec said we might. He felt like he was in a good mood the next day as well from it!

My biggest tip is to make yourself as comfortable as possible to get the most out of the experience as it can be difficult to lay on the floor for a long time. An extra pillow for under your knees or something for over your eyes can make a big difference!

Tonight I attended the meditation, sound healing dinner, this was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. Meditation and sound healing was extraordinary and the food simply divine.
Highly recommend! Definitely something I will be booking again.

Last night my partner and I attended a Sweets and Sound Healing Meditation session at Spirit Bliss Studio, it was a beautiful relaxing experience. We began with delicious fruity teas, yummy dessert and refreshing juice served downstairs in a calm, welcoming space. We then headed upstairs for a meditation session. The meditation session was very good, Bec took the time to explain to those who hadn't meditated before what to expect.
We had a lovely evening and would definitely recommend experiencing the dessert and meditation sessions.

I have been to Spirit Bliss studio many times now and each time it just gets better! The weight of the world leaves you at the door as you walk in to the beautiful space Bec has created. The uniqueness of the meal and meditation combination is truly wonderful and like nothing I have experienced before. Definitely recommend, and most definitely will be returning many more times!
