I've been to some wonderful places because of Heather's excellent advice and organisation and her customer service ethic is second to none. The Spencer Travel Eastside staff are all so helpful as well, Lucy Vieira in particular. International trip booked, return tickets booked for 1 month later than required, vital documentation requirement not stated, therefore almost stranding traveller in a foreign international airport, hotel not booked in destination country. Terrible. Not recommended, the emotional turmoil caused by this incident can not be stressed enough.

Divinity is an absolute time waster and has the worst customer service I have ever come across.. Very unprofessional and rude, I came to Spencer Travels based on the reviews I saw here but her character was the opposite and I guess the reviews do not depict the service she provides. Get a training in customer service or some manners
