Great service, new renovated rooms with balcony. Only downside is that the entry doors are really heavy and confusing with the keys as we were given multiple different keys but not informed which ones were what. No instructions on how to operate the lights, a bit of learning and figuring out but turns out some of the lights were broken. Overall, nice place to stay if not planning to stay in the apartment all day.

We stayed for 5 nights. The 2 bedroom flat on the 15th floor had spectacular views from every room. It was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Kitchen utensils were particularly well stocked! The location of Spectrum apartments is very convenient. You can walk to the beach, shops, nightlife. There is also a pool and tennis court which we enjoyed. We will definitely go back. Thanks Alicia and John (managers) !

Spectacular place! The place is right in front the Nerang River. We witnessed the fireworks show at the comfort of our stay in the Spectrum Holiday apartment. Strategically perfect! Fully equipped kitchen, clean and the customer service were superb, professional and efficient. I can’t thank|them enough for assisting us in our airport transfer. Alice and Bob thank you for your hospitality. We will definitely come back. This is our go to place now.

My family and I stayed for a week at Spectrum apartments, and we all really enjoyed our stay there.
The apartments are really clean and spacious, with 2 bathrooms, bedrooms and a laundry that has everything needed. The staff have really thought of everything to accommodate for everyone's needs. Little things like supplying cook books, and the way the gardens are so well kept, show they go a bit further for their guests.
The location is perfect 👌 with a short drive to shops or a scenic walk along the river.
The views from the large balconies are something I can't get enough of.
Big thanks to the staff at the Spectrum.

Our family recently stayed at Spectrum Holiday Apartments, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walking distance to Cavill Avenue, where all the action is! Yet, the apartments are tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when you need it.

The spaciousness of the apartment was a major highlight. It gave our family plenty of room to relax, and the stunning views from the balcony were simply breathtaking—definitely a sight to wake up to every morning.

What really amazed us was the value for money. For such a prime location and fantastic amenities, the cost was well below average compared to other options in the area. It made our Gold Coast getaway both enjoyable and budget-friendly.

We highly recommend Spectrum Holiday Apartments to families or anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay close to all the main attractions. We'll definitely be back!

Hidden gem, this complex is at Budds Beach, a stones throw away from Cavill Ave.|It's an older style building, that's been well maintained.|Our apartment was spacious with tasteful decor.|The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable and view amazing.|The grounds are very well maintained and the staff are lovely.

The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, with stunning views of the water. It's just a short stroll from the famous Surfers Paradise beach and close to shops, restaurants, and cafes. Staff was very helpful with check in procedure. Will definitely come back here again.

Truly amazing holiday apartments, it is a must stay. Large, great interior design, super clean, amazing large balcony with stunning views. Great service, the loveliest staff. The destination is the best, so close to be in all the hustle and bustle of Surfers, but without the noise and traffic and truly amazing views. Short walk to everything. Little cafe a few doors down with amazing food and coffee. Best family holiday we have had in a long time, we will definitely go back.
