Tammy is very fast and responsive to texts/calls and emails. My wedding party was very impressed upon meeting her at our rehearsal as she was very well organized, anticipated needs and had us feeling very confident for everything to go smoothly the day of. While leading up to the big day is always very stressful , once the day finally came I was completely stress free as I knew Tammy and the team would be able to take care of the day. And that they did! Everything went so incredibly smoothly and everything was beautiful. Very grateful for the best day ever!

If there is one piece of advice I can give to whoever is reading this google review, it is to BOOK SPECIAL MOMENTS FOR YOUR EVENTS!!! My husband and I have absolutely 0 regrets, but we would have had one million regrets had we not had the Special Moments team with us. When I tell you that I did not have to worry about anything, I truly mean it. Personally, I worked with Tammy, Melissa, and Jen the most. Each and every one of them were an absolutely gem and took every single worry I had upon themselves to alleviate. Leading up to the wedding, Tammy, the master planner, was always on top of literally everything. For the year that we spent planning our wedding of over 200 guests, she would answer phone calls, text messages, and emails in a very timely manner, and would constantly update us on everything. Fast forward to wedding day, we did not have to worry about a single thing. Tammy and her crew made sure that everything was absolutely perfect and spot on. They treated my husband and I like king and queen! Not to mention, our families absolutely loved her and the rest of the team! We have recommended Tammy to all of our family and friends. Many of which have either already used the team or have booked them for their future weddings! Do yourself a favor and book Special Moments. They are worth every penny and more! Being an out of state bride to be is hard….and planning that wedding out of state more than 1100 miles away is even harder. I did a lot of research when looking for a wedding planner as I knew trying to do it on my own would not be the best idea. Special Moments stuck out to me when I found them. I was able to set up an intro call with Tammy, which was extremely helpful. She was honest, told me what I could expect, what they could do for me, and comforted me with the fact that she has helped plan A TON of out of state weddings. Based on that conversation, we absolutely picked Special Moments to help us make our big day possible. We selected the partial planning package and let me tell you, that was the perfect option for us! We hit some bumps in the road as we were planning but Tammy constantly reassured us that everything would be fine and made sure of that! She helped us find hotel blocks, created our seating chart and name tags, let us ship several items to her warehouse for the rehearsal dinner, and more! She is extremely responsive, detail oriented, and passionate about making your vision come to life. I have told everyone that our wedding day went absolutely perfect and if anything went wrong, I had no idea! It was truly the most smooth day and I attribute a lot of that to Tammy’s guidance! I can’t recommend the services enough!

My husband and I were married on 5/21/2022. Two months before our wedding our original coordinator backed out. I was so incredibly stressed out. Tammy came very highly recommended so I called her and felt immediate relief. Having never hired a coordinator before I realized that the original person I was working with had no clue what they were doing. Tammy & Brittany were on top of everything ensuring that our wedding day went without any hiccups. They worked with all of my vendors and for the first time in over a year, I felt helped. The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect, Brittany was a literal angel and was there for everything and anything we needed. There wasn't one stressful moment on that day and I honestly couldn't be more thankful or speak any higher of these two women and the company itself. Tammy (the head of Special Moments) is a logistics queen. She planned my cousin's wedding with 365 people (!) and it was one of the smoothest/most fun weddings I've ever been to. This is why we booked her - I knew she'd be able to nail our big fat 300-person wedding with ease.

And that she did! Tammy is an expert and spinning a lot of plates without neglecting anything. No detail was forgotten, no stone was unturned - I truly think this is why our wedding was such a hit. Guests had the best time and never had to worry about where they were supposed to be or what was supposed to be happening. It was a day and night of nonstop fun, and that was all because of Tammy. I'm extremely Type-A organized and Tammy makes me look like a season finale of Hoarders in comparison. She is the best and I felt calm my whole wedding day knowing that the event was in great, capable hands.

My husband and I recently got married at the Sandpearl Resort on 4/29/23 in Clearwater Beach, Fl. We’re from TN so when we first decided on a destination wedding I knew there was no way I could do all the planning on my own. Tammy, Melissa, and Brittany were truly a blessing! From helping us with the marriage license, recommending other vendors, helping with decor and setup, coordinating the day, designing our menu cards and signature cocktail signs, and other various things, I really couldn’t have done it without them. Everything was beautiful!!! They are highly recommended!!!
