Great value for money, comfy beds, solid ensuite & a room with everything you need. We were a bit hesitant about safety at first due to previous review & issues of youth crime in NSW regional towns etc but then relaxed knowing that there is a locked security gate & a a perimeter fence with barbed wire etc. We had a great sleep and experienced no issues. Staff were lovely, informative & texted us all the check-in details we needed to know. We loved the breakfast dining room - wide selection of cereals & toast options and were able to watch the news while having brekky. Thanks Christine & crew!

Bed was great to sleep in got a good night sleep. when booked room on request we asked to have a lounge so could sit on need Ass hubby has back trouble allso asked for a down stirs room when arrived did not get till we spoke up no lourge but got chagedroom number and got down stirs
Didwhat was required a day we asked for. But must say free breakfast was 👍 we give it a 5 /10.

I had my room broken into by armed youths at 3:30am and had my car and personal possessions stolen. The hotel door is not secure and simply kicked in. Police later recovered my car which was totally destroyed. Hotel management did very little to follow up and their insurer denied any claim for damage. Have never had a phone call or message to see if I was ok after the ordeal. Hotel premises and rooms are not secure.

Once you’re in, you’re locked in — literally.
After 9 PM, they close the doors and you can’t go out. You’re paying for a place where you don’t even have the freedom to leave at night if you need to. It’s exactly as it sounds: you have to call the woman in charge, and she’ll come open the door — but until then, you’re stuck. And also you feel annoying waking her up. But imagine having an emergency.
We found it absolutely crazy. At 9 PM we were already locked inside and couldn’t go anywhere. Just unacceptable.

Good location and everything worked in the room. The woman at reception gave us helpful tips and big smiles.

We were travelling home and decided to stop overnight to avoid wildlife etc. rang around to a few places but the lady on reception was lovely, the room was great suited our needs. The air heating was cosy and warm for the night as it was fresh outside. Close to the artesian pools, I stopped for a swim after leaving motel. We’d def stay here again if needed :). Gates close at 8pm felt safe and secure.

The motel was fine for its price. Rooms were renovated not too long ago by the looks of them. However, the linen was stained, the outside light was not working and we had to share one outside table and two chairs between our three rooms booked.
The breakfast contained of toast bread of three kinds, individual packets of cereal, variety of jams, butter, Vegemite, milk, orange and apple juice, tea and packet coffee. Breakfast are was nice and comfy.
Motel is across the road from the park, just a stroll away from the artesian aqua centre and within a walking distance to the restaurants.
